CASA ROBLE



This two-story, six-bedroom villa is located within Casa de Campo and is designed to accommodate couples or groups seeking comfort and privacy. The property benefits from an east-facing orientation that allows for consistent natural airflow throughout the home.



The villa features a contemporary architectural layout with open and well-proportioned interior spaces. The first floor includes a primary bedroom suite, a main living area, an open guest kitchen, a formal dining area, and direct access to a terrace. Interior design combines light neutral finishes with curated artwork, creating a clean and balanced visual style. The upper level includes five en-suite bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and private balconies. Two family rooms connect four of the suites, providing additional shared living space separate from the main salon.



Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and a fully enclosed, air-conditioned gazebo equipped with an open kitchen, dining area, living space, and television, allowing for outdoor use throughout the day and evening.

TRAVEL INFO

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This of course can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa

- Pets are not permitted.

- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- House parties and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.
