‘North Beach Getaway’ is a brand new fully self-contained, luxurious home, built in 2023. Specifically designed for holiday hire, this stunning home sleeps 10 people and is perfect for families/couples sharing a getaway near the beach in the quiet suburb of North Shores, North Beach.
Contains all new modern furnishings, fixtures and décor and major appliances. The modern open plan kitchen, meals and family area opens to a spacious alfresco dining space with a 4 burner gas BBQ, ceiling fans, a large lawned, private backyard and an undercover fish sink.
North Beach is known for its popular beautiful beaches and local fishing and is only a 600m walk or you can drive your car on the wide sandy beach. With only a 2 min walk to the local playground that includes a large undercover BBQ space. A car is needed to drive to the main centre of Wallaroo that is only an 8 min drive.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a bathtub), ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms. A separate media room includes a 65inch Smart TV, a Nintendo Switch, board games and comfortable sofas. Free WI-FI also included.
Bed configurations are:
Bed 1 – King bed + portacot (if required)
Bed 2 – Queen bed + single bunk
Bed 3 – Queen bed
Bed 4 – Queen bed
OPTIONAL LINEN HIRE or BYO sheet sets, bath towels & tea towels.
(Quilts, quilt covers, blankets, pillows and protectors are all provided). A highchair and portacot are available.
There is access to the entire home, excluding the garage and shed.
PLEASE NOTE: The person making the booking must be 23+ years old.
There is plenty to do in nearby Wallaroo – fishing off the jetty, swim in the enclosed swimming area next to the Wallaroo jetty and café. There are several dining options including North Beach Kitchen (café on the beach), The Shores Eatery by the jetty and Coopers Alehouse on the Marina.
It's only a short drive to the popular towns of Kadina, Moonta and Port Hughes where there are attractions in Moonta such as the Splash Town Water Park and the Moonta Mines. Kadina is the hub for all your major shopping.

RELAXING STAY
We had a great stay at North Beach Getaway! The place was comfortable, and close to the beach. The host was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it!

The home was big, beautiful and felt luxurious. All amenities were provided with extra care and detail to assist our stay. Highly recommend this gorgeous home so close to the beach we walked down every night to watch the incredible sunsets!

Family friendly home
We had 2 x families of 4 comfortably stay in the one home, Great location, Very spacious, Great layout, Quality furnishings. Highly recommend this property. Property host was very helpful and made checking in/out a breeze!

Family gathering
My family and I have recently just spent 2 nights at this fantastic residence. The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities which ranged from board games, Nintendo for the kids and a spacious living for all to be comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for a quiet, fun filled get away while still being so close to the beach.

Roomy Family Stay
Our family & family friends (4x Adults 4x Kids total) had a great North Beach getaway to celebrate our daughter's 7th Birthday. The house is very nice & new, big & perfect for a family/group break. The North Beach location is a little out-of-the-way, but the beach is close & there's plenty to do in neighbouring Wallaroo & Kadina.
