Carriage House is like a Southern Living breath of fresh air - easy, breezy, and beachy. Tucked on a super quiet street on the Northside of our Little Island by the Sea, you’ll be close to everywhere you want to be, but feel a million miles away from the real world. Oozing Southern Charm and hospitality, and adorned in bold red and crisp white, the Front Porch beckons you to sit a spell and sip Sweet Tea. Y’all are never going to want to leave Carriage House….

The Living Area is sure to be the heart of your family gatherings with Colors pulled from Nature - Warm Browns, Beachy Blues, and Bamboo Flooring. Sink into the comfy Sofas (both are Sleepers) and enjoy Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV, or grab a good Book - maybe even Family Game Night! The thoughtful Owners have provided an abundance of Books, Games, and Puzzles for your enjoyment - there’s sure to be something for everyone in your group! There’s even a cozy Fireplace for those chilly Off-Season Stays (Oct - March) - Carriage House is truly a home for all Seasons.

We love the Open Layout Carriage House offers - there’s plenty of room to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The Living Area opens to the spacious and well-equipped Kitchen and Dining Area. There’s a large Dining Table that seats 8, plus a few more seats at the Breakfast Bar. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or on the Screened Porch with both a Dining Set, and some comfy furniture just for relaxing. Surrounded by whispering trees and grasses, it’s a private and peaceful place to spend time.

The huge Kitchen has all the comforts of home, plus beachy White Cabinetry, Granite Countertops, and Stainless Appliances. Everyone will enjoy their favorite coffee - Carriage House has a Coffee Maker, Keurig-type Brewer, and even an Espresso Machine! Take that cup of coffee to one of multiple Decks and Porches, and watch the sun come up, and the island come to life. Whip up some burgers on the Gas Grill, and dine in the comfort of Central AC, Al-Fresco on the Screened Porch, or give yourself a break, and wander to one of many great dining options nearby! Just off the Kitchen, you’ll find the Laundry Area, and a Full Bath with Walk-in Shower.

Also on the 1st Floor is Bedroom 1, which is a Master Bedroom with a comfy Queen Bed, Sitting Area, Flat Screen TV, and En-Suite Full Bath with Walk-in Shower. The Bedroom is dressed in beachy blues and sandy beige, and is such a serene retreat.

Carriage House sleeps 12 in 4 Bedrooms more than comfortably, plus the Sleeper Sofas in the Living Area give you a little more variety with sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 2 is bright and sunny, and sleeps 5 with a Queen Bed and Full Bed with Twin Trundle! There’s also a Flat Screen TV and Sitting Area. Bedroom 3 also has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. Finally, Bedroom 4 will be perfect for the kiddos with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), and yet another Flat Screen TV. There’s another Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo convenient to all Bedrooms.

As if the inside wasn’t perfect enough, just wait until you see the outside! Carriage House has a large Wrap-Around Deck with areas to sit and hang out, as well as grill the fresh catch of the day, which hopefully you caught! After dinner, wander into the yard for a game of Horseshoes at the Horseshoe Pit, or just listen to the Tree Frogs sing while you relax on the Porch. There’s also an Outdoor Shower for rinsing off after a day of play at the Beach. A great area for Bike Riding, feel free to bring your Bikes, or rent them on the Island.
