BOOKING RULES

1. Check-in time is 4pm.
2. Checkout time is 10 am
3. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property.
4. Firearms are not allowed on the property at any time.
5. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest and Guest must notify Homeowner prior to access.
6. Homeowner is not responsible, and all Guests agree to fully indemnify Homeowner for any damage, accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while occupying premises. Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or damage arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

7. Guest agrees to maintain the premises, all furnishings, housewares, and appliances in good working order, and upon departure leave the premises, furnishings, housewares, and appliances in the same condition as delivered upon occupancy.
8. A Refundable Security Deposit or Security Deposit Insurance must be purchased prior to arrival.
9. Guests shall only use appliances for their intended uses.
10. Guests agree to keep all interior and exterior furnishings in the same physical location as they were upon check in.
11. No additional furniture will be brought onto the property, without Homeowners prior consent.
12. Pets are NOT allowed.
13. Events: No events or parties are allowed at the property.
14. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. For an additional fee, Homeowner can arrange cleaning services on behalf of Guests. Housekeeping: For stays of more than 7 days, we require additional housekeeping service. Please inquire about additional charge.
15. Interior Fireplaces: The fireplaces are vented propane gas fireplaces. Caution should be used and fireplaces should be turned off when not in use, or when Guest is not present in the room.
16. Doors and Windows: Please keep all doors and windows closed when not in use.
17. In the event of inclement weather, Guests agree to secure all windows and doors in locking position to prevent damage from wind, rain, hail, or snow and assume full responsibility for any loss that may occur due to negligence in this regard.
18. This property is located in a residential area on a quiet street. No amplified music is allowed and quiet time should be observed between 9pm - 8am.
19. Families Traveling with Children
We love welcoming families and little ones to the property! Before checking out, we kindly ask that all children’s toys, games, food, wrappers, and other items be picked up and put away, and that any spills or messes be cleaned up.
Our standard cleaning fee covers normal housekeeping and turnover of the home, but does not include excessive cleanup of toys, food, spills, stains, or other messes left behind.
