Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Perfect stay for a weekend getaway! The property is beautiful in every way with the coolest retro speakeasy vibe! Great location in downtown Rogers within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, breweries, and entertainment! The host was very communicative and provided us with a perfect stay and multiple recommendations for what all NWA has to offer! 10/10, highly recommend, and will be back to stay again!

This is absolutely one of the best VRB properties we have stayed at! Love the 1920's Speakeasy motif and love how centrally located we were as far as activities and restaurants we chose to visit! The kitchen was well stocked and just little things like creamers available for coffee and welcome snacks were appreciated! The addition of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms was great! It is hard to find fault with "The Novel". I would recommend to anyone visiting Rogers, Arkansas.

Get away with friends to visit our kids

Such a cute apartment! We stayed with friends and his cute little apartment in Rogers when we came to visit our kids at UA. The apartment was in walking distance to everything downtown.! Even though the hogs lost to LSU, we had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment. Can’t wait till next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and give it 5 stars in every category. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every question was answered quickly, and the check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The property itself exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and design was impeccable. It was immaculately spotless upon arrival and clearly very well cared for. Every room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately made us feel welcome. The furnishings, amenities, and overall atmosphere created the perfect place to relax and unwind after playing with our two young grandchildren. Everything we needed was provided. It is obvious that the owner truly cares about the guest experience. The location was also excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants, and charming boutiques. This is the best VRBO experience we have ever had, and we absolutely look forward to staying again the next time we are going to Rogers to visit our family. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

The location and size were exactly what we were looking for. We were traveling with another couple and the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was perfect. We were not planning to do any cooking and wanted to be able to walk to restaurants. This location was perfect, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, just steps from the door. The decor was exquisite. Kitchen, bar, and bathrooms well equipped. Very clean! Quiet in the evenings. Easy drive to visit sites in Bentonville and Fayetteville. Will definitely book here again. The listing description on the website is 100% accurate. Parking is on the street outside the front door. Must be able to climb stairs to access the unit, there is not an elevator. This is all stated in the listing. Again, we loved it. 5 stars from all of us.
