Venez vous détendre au paradis dans l'un des plus uniques, EXQUISITE Location en bord de mer dans tout le nord de Panama. Las Casitas sont situés directement sur la plage, et pas de la mer des Caraïbes au chaud! Près de Bocas del Toro pour plus de commodité, mais assez loin pour la paix et la tranquillité!

Notre propriété privée fermée vous offre l'utilisation de votre belle piscine et terrasse PRIVÉE à lézarder au soleil, en écoutant le bruit des vagues de roulement doux de la mer, ou vous détendre avec un livre sous les vérandas couvertes dans nos modulaires sur farcis !


Les 2 chambres de cet établissement peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 au total. Chaque chambre à coucher peut dormir 2-3 avec 1 lit queen céleste et construit dans le lit de repos jumeaux conçu comme un canapé de siège de fenêtre de détente. Chaque suite dispose de son propre micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, vaisselle, verres et couverts, ainsi que d'un mini réfrigérateur. Une cuisine barbecue entièrement équipé est situé près de la piscine, entre les 2 chambres. Chaque suite dispose de la climatisation, d’une télévision à écran plat LCD 32 "avec NETFLIX! WIFI est disponible, ce qui vous permettra de contacter les taxis ou de prendre d'autres dispositions via WHATS APP!

Lorsqu'elles sont disponibles, il est l'utilisation gratuite de vélos de seconde main, équipement de plongée, piscine et jouets de plage. Chaque jour vous attendra avec une nouvelle aventure. Essayez la spéléologie, la plongée, la pêche et des excursions en bateau privé vers les nombreuses îles. Visitez le Botanical Gardens et papillon, ou l'expérience de la surf de classe mondiale à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Ce sera vraiment un voyage que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs pendant que vous restez dans un cadre luxueux.

Great place to stay!

This is an amazing property with AC, pool and right on the beach. Angie, Steve and Connor were great with any issues we had and recommendations for tours. I would definitely recommend staying here for a lovely beach vacation and hope to be back soon.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I traveled with my brother and his wife and this was the perfect setup. Two separate accommodations to give us privacy yet all together. The pool is wonderful and a great bonus! Angie and her team were such wonderful people to talk with. I can't say enough about this place and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Amazing Place! Absolutely incredible location and home!

We had the pleasure of staying for 6 days and it was such a great experience. The location is perfect, just close enough to town, but extremely quiet and safe. The home is even better in person than in the pictures. Communication was awesome and we do recommend the boat captions - he was just a pleasure and well priced. We're already planning our return for next June. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Perfect Vacation

A Private Boat tour with Wes is a one of a kind experience! He knows the waters like the back of his hand and will take you to see some of the most exquisite places: Exotic reefs to snorkel, hidden beaches, the Zapitalla National Park, Dolphins Bay, see white face monkeys and sloths, and much more! We just came back from a week at Villa Paraiso. It was heavenly! The Villa was very comfortable The air conditioning worked great! The view was spectacular. We did two boat trips with Wes that were fantastic. We saw so many sloths and starfish! He knows how to avoid the crowds to make your trip special. The Cotrell family made you feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

Many people who come to Bocas think that a back to nature experience in an opened air accommodation would be a great experience, but being in the JUNGLE ON THE EQUATOR you need A/C!! You look at the pictures and you think it cannot be this good. But it is! We had the two casitas. They are excellently designed and excellently constructed. We throughly enjoyed our week at Villa Paraiso. It was quiet, safe and secure. Plan on having the time of your life.

Amazing place to stay to explore Bocas del Toro!

We stayed at Las Casitas with our two boys and the setup was perfect. The beach front location was amazing, as well as the private pool in the middle. Having the two separate casitas within a gated area allowed us to have the kids close by while having our own private accommodations at the same time. Steve, Angie and family are great hosts and provide the right balance of being available while giving their guests privacy at the same time. We did the one day private boat tour with Wes and the boys loved exploring the islands, seeing sloths and other creatures and checking out some of the local snorkeling spots. We plan to return one day soon and would love to stay here again!

Perfect casita in a great location

We loved the two Casitas with a pool directly on the beach. Located halfway between Bocas town and Playa Bluff, it was easy to step out our gate and catch a taxi in either direction. Stayed eight days and we never ate the same place twice. Really loved exploring all the fabulous restaurants between Paunch and Playa Bluff. Each casita was very comfortable and it was nice having the small kitchen to do light duty breakfast so we could relax by the pool before we started our day. Our hosts even helped arrange a boat tour. Couldn’t have asked for a finer place to stay. Can’t wait to visit again next year!

Great property great owners …. Super helpful whatever you need just ask them…. If your looking for a quiet private beach to unplug from the world this is your place… they have a Captian to take you fishing and or visit the many islands …. great internet so can do anything you need .. I rented a vehicle so super easy to get around …and taxis are everywhere…. . Bocas del toro town is awesome and this property is located just far enough away…. Great stay thanks Angie and Steve

This place is AMAZING!

We could not have stayed at a better place! We had the whole beach to ourselves, the family and property manager were so nice and helpful and this is the definition of location, location, location. The location is perfect and the property is impeccable. The casitas are so cute, comfy and well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast at the outdoor kitchen most mornings, which was so fun! Our boat drivers picked us up right off the beach and it’s really easy to grab a cab anywhere you want to go. We’re already working on when we can go back. We will definitely be returning customers!!

Hands down, best place for a relaxing getaway!

This is without doubt my favorite place to stayed in Bocas del Toro! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by family who runs it, very friendly, we felt like part of the family. We spend 6 beautiful days here, which was way too short for our taste. We enjoy the privacy and great location. We had a pool for ourselves and can walk out to the ocean or relax on the beach, all right there where the casitas are. The rooms? Comfortable and very clean. Amenities were great. They gave us our own bikes and local phones to call a cab if needed. I recommend you visit Villa Paraiso, you wont regret it.

We have thought of everything you will want or need and have included it in your rental: your own private pool that you don't share with other guests, your beach and beach chairs that you also don't have to share, complimentary bikes, kayaks,snacks and drinks, WIFI and Netflix! AMAZING! Will always stay at Las Casitas in Bocas!

This is our second time back to Bocas and staying at this amazing place. Trust the other reviews and know this place is PERFECT! The beach access is is literally steps away from the the Casitas and is perfect for wading/swimming. The rooms/bathrooms are extremely clean and perfect size for a nice get away. The location is perfect as you have your own secluded area and are minutes away form downtown (via taxi, the bikes they provide or ATV rental). The restaurants are really good and the owners give recommendations, which were spot on. The owners take great pride in their property and do a first class service to keep very well maintained, answer any questions you have and give recommendations for food, activities ect. We have toured the island significantly and there is truly no other place we would stay in Bocas. Can't wait to go back!!!

Perfect!

This is a beautiful and immaculate property. The owners are very conscientious and helpful, they keep this property in perfect condition. The location couldn't be better, in a private and quiet area on a beach but still close enough to town! We rented the Casitas with private pool for 1 week and did all the best of Bocas. They have bikes for a short ride to Scully's bar and restaurant, or a cheap taxi ride takes you to town, $2 per person. Rent quads from Steve at Scully's for an extreme adventure of a lifetime. Take a private boat tour with Wes, the Casitas owner's son. He is a wonderful and adventurous guide. Visit the bat caves in Bastimentos with him for an epic underground spelunking adventure!

Kids young and old will thank you for choosing Las Casitas! There is nothing better than having the pool and the beach all to yourselves! Private boat tours with Wes on El Big Fish are not to be missed! They are an experience and not just a cattle herd tour We have a chef that can cater any and all meals if you want to relax and dine in the best ambiance in the island. Netflix for a great movie in the evening and bikes and kayaks for daytime adventures! On the main island and close enough to town for all the conveniences and yet far enough away from all the noise. It doesn't get any better than this!

What a gem!

Amazing property, pool and beach. Even more amazing property manager (Jemima, subbing in for the owners)so nice and always available! We had so much fun on Isla Colon!! Biking (ebikes thru Flying Pirates, Mike was incredibly awesome!) Four wheeling thru Skully’s, the best! Not a group tour (just the way we like it) private thru the jungle and shoreline. The town, Bocas del Toro maybe not for everyone. Pretty simple…the town (not our house) ran out of water for a few days (and cash at ATM’s). However, we loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!! Huge kudos to Connor Contrell and family!!!

Absolutely Stunning

The best place to stay on Isla Colon!! We stayed 9 nights at Las Casitas and had lots of time to explore and talk with all sorts of people. It became pretty clear about 3 or 4 days into our stay that we had THE best place to stay. Private and secure grounds kept clean and neat by the gardener, private pool, private beach on the Caribbean!! Plus a great bed/bath combo with tons of room and an outdoor kitchen/eating area. Wow. There were 5 of us in our group, two adults took one side and the three teenagers took the other, plenty of room, and plenty to do. Easy taxi ride or bike ride into town and easy access to the many awesome beaches outside of town. The arrangement of the buildings affords perfect privacy but still very close by to the Cottrells if you need anything. We can't wait to return!!

This property is gorgeous.

Our entire stay was incredible. Although the weather was not great, there was lots to do even with the rain and overcast skies. Steve welcomed us with gracious hospitality, and walked us through all the things to do while we were here. I strongly suggest listening to his recommendations for an incredible vacation. Luxury Villa with a beach view.

We stayed a couple other places before and this Villa just blew us away! The place is just gorgeous. I loved the inside of the apartment because it has high end touches and felt like real luxury. Our previous place was the same price but everything was cheap and falling apart. Also, the AC??!!!! Can you ask for more? Of course the pool, outdoor kitchen, and beach were amazing, but we are a bit spoiled when it comes to good sleep in a comfy place. The hosts were very helpful and super kind. We felt safe and welcomed. They provided lots of tips and recommended many different things. Bugs were not an issue so you can really utilize the outdoor spaces. Totally worth your money and time. It was just spectacular.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for sharing with others that there is no other place like Villa Paraiso! We are perfectly located to town, yet far enough away for peace and quiet! The ONLY place on the beach and with your own private pool. And what else is there to say, A/C for heat relief! On top of that complimentary Bikes and Kayaks for exploring!

SUPER AMAZING ONCE AGAIN

What an awesome place to have a relaxing enjoyable time! We spent 3 days in March with our kids in the Casitas. This is the third time we have stayed at Villa Paraiso and once again it was amazing! There are so many things that we love about this place that it's almost impossible to list them all. It's so nice to have a private beach but at the same time be just a five minute taxi ride from town. Everything is in excellent condition! The room, pool, gardens, beach, and everything is extremely CLEAN and well-kept. Us and our kids loved having the pool and the beach. The Cottrell family that owns this place are the perfect mix of everything. They're extremely friendly, nice, and helpful, yet they are always very careful to be sure and give you your space and privacy. We have had their son Wes and Chief Chris cater food and every time it was above and beyond good. We definitely recommend staying here above any other place we have seen on the island!

It just doesn't get any better than this!

My husband and I stayed in Bocas Del Toro at Villa Paraiso for an entire month from January 15 through February 12, 2015! We rented both casitas and invited a few sets of friends to join us during our stay. This is the best vacation we have ever had; Isla Colon is a beautiful island. We lucked out when we found Villa Paraiso; it is perfect. The location couldn’t be any better, close enough to town for easy access but far enough away to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, the accommodations are very comfortable and the pool and beach are outstanding. The Cottrell family was very kind and took great care of us; exceptional hosts. Angie’s treats were always welcomed and devoured quickly. The staffs they employ were always courteous and responsive; they take outstanding care of the property and the guest. The bikes came in handy; it’s a nice ride to town. Having a phone provided with the property was the best! I had stressed over being able to communicate with my family but it was actually very easy and affordable. I really wish we had taken the opportunity to have Wes cook dinner for us while we were there. I’ll put that at the top of our - to do list for next time. There will be a next time and I’m already looking forward to it. Bocas Del Toro and Villa Paraiso are both extraordinary. Sending big hugs to the Cottrell family! Until next time…..

AMAZING!!!!!

I cannot give enough stars for this property!!! We stayed with another couple for a week and had an AMAZING time!! OWNERS- The Cottrell family are amazing hosts!! From the greeting, to property explanation, availability, craftsmanship of the property, etc. the place is absolutely wonderful!! The groundskeeper even provided us with some fresh coconuts and had wood piled up on the beach so we could have a bonfire once night. We even invited Steve and Angie (owners) tom come over one night to join us and they brought some great dessert! PROPERTY- The two casitas provided a perfect complement of being able to hang out with our friends but also had the feel of your own private residence. The grounds were manicured beautifully and provided privacy. You are literally steps from the ocean! The pool door leads right out onto your own private beach which was wonderful! All the necessities are provided i.e. A/C, ceiling fans, coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchenette/blender in the pool area, beautiful shower/bathroom etc. You truly felt like you had your own private property on the beach! ACTIVITIES- We rented ATV's from Flying Pirates for the week and would highly recommend it! . We did some wonderful site seeing in the jungle, hung out on a secluded beach for an afternoon, saw howling monkeys and utilized them to drive into town to get groceries and go out for dinner. Bocas Town is a low key surfer town and you will see hikers backpacking throughout Panama. The people are very nice and there are plenty of dining/bars in town and right on the water. There are also plenty of tour operators running daily excursions i.e. dolphin watching, snorkeling, private beaches etc. The Cottrell's son actually has his own boat right next door and will take you out on customized private excursions, you don't even have to leave the property to get picked up! FOOD- The food was great!! We actually ate at two Indian restaurants and they were really good! We also had food catered in...yes, Chris (the chef) prepared several meals and brought them right to our door. He did a wonderful job with ribs, seafood, pasta etc. It was definitely worth it after a long day on the beach or out in the jungle! I sincerely can't say enough about this place and we will be back! Beautiful property!

Loved our stay! The rooms and pool were clean and the beach out front was amazing! Nice quiet spot close to town.
