Drove 3 hours with 3 kids, 2 dogs and pulling a boat to get there and air conditioner was not working. 100 degrees outside and just as hot inside

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the A/C wasn’t working when you arrived after such a long drive with your family and pets, especially in that heat. The unit was repaired that same evening, and a refund was issued. We understand the arrival experience was still frustrating.

Beautiful Cabin and area

Beautiful property that fit out group perfectly. The back porch and fire pit was the spot for us. A storm blew in on our second night and the weather was amazing.

Very clean cabin with lots of kitchen cookware and utensils, beautiful views from large windows, perfect dining table for evening card games and exceptional location. Did not even hear the neighbors. Loved the evening soak in the hot tub after daily hiking. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

This has been the first time we stay at a cabin, and we can say this was a wonderful and excellent stay. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. A little bit more of light on the back would be nice but besides that everything was great. We enjoyed!

Cozy cabin

The cabin was great! So cute. Tucked a little ways off the road in the tall trees and it’s beautiful there. Loved the hot tub! Roomy enough but still cozy. Cabin had everything we needed! Love that we were so close to the state park and still very convenient to go to town. We were not ready to leave when our time was up. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful cabin for a girls weekend

This was a much needed retreat for me. The location was close to Hochatown and Broken Bow. The place was clean and had a great hot tub. My only compliant is that the front sliding door didnt lock. It was secured by a long stick but really needs repair as i felt unsafe the first night.

Friends get away!

Myself and my two friends rented this cabin for 4 days. We absolutely loved the property. It was perfect for us three. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, beautiful house! The upstairs loft has 3 beds and downstairs is 1. There is a washer and dryer but there is not a dish washer or garbage disposal.They provide a few dishes and ice trays. As well as some toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started. I would recommend bringing your own towel and blankets. The towels provided do not absorb water well and the blankets are thin/ they ask for them not to be brought outside. If you want to snuggle by the fire: I'd recommend bringing your own blankets. We really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was a dream. We would absolutely return.

The property is very nice and clean. Close to the lake and the river and all activities.The beds make noise whenever you move and the Ac is so loud in the bedroom. But overall it was a nice place and so close to all activities.

The downstairs bed is somewhat uncomfortable and makes a loud squeaking sound with every movement. The towels were past their prime and very scratchy. The outdoor seating could definitely be more comfortable and adding some cute lighting on the patio where the hot tub is would be a nice touch. Overall, we were happy with the cabin and these are just suggestions to make it even better.
