We loved the property! The views were amazing and the kids had a blast trying to catch crabs in the bay. My only request would’ve been for this property to have more trash can garbage bags. We only had one bag so we had to go to the store to get more. Never the less, it was a wonderful trip and we can’t wait to go back!

Grandsons First time at the ocean

It was fun walking into the property and seeing the beach themed decor. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch different times of the day. Coffee and quiet in the morning and crab watching in the evening. The property is great for multiple families with each room having a full bathroom. Our family prepared food some nights and ate out some nights. The community pool is a short walk.

Bethany Beach Stay

The condo was well equipped and as described. The amenities and location were great. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not being very cold and I feel like that didn’t get resolved during our stay. I would suggest updating the appliances but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would look to rent this unit again.

Quiet and peaceful

The views were fabulous; peaceful, quiet, beautiful sunrises and sunsets with waterfront beauty. There was some misunderstanding with check-in, but was easily remedied. The place was roomy and comfortable for our party of 8. The only drawback was no elevator which made it difficult for loading and unloading and leaving the condo. Not a good situation for grandma and grandpa, but worked for everyone else.

Our first day we unpacked and ran to the pool and our passes wouldn’t work. It was resolved within a few hours but very difficult to explain that to a three year old who was changed and ready to swim after a long day in the car. Speaking of pool you have to drive to a different location (10-15 minutes) to pick up and return your pool passes! Loved the included beach toys and beach chairs. I think there’s a lot left out of the listing you should know. The 300 credit is bologny - we did get a few free pints of ice cream. (Agape creamery 10/10) the nine hole golf course isn’t included (wasn’t completely surprised but disappointed) and it’s on the third floor and there’s no elevator! There was 5 adults and two young children and we couldn’t all sit at the table. The upstairs room in the back is very hot. There was dog toys under the couch?
