The condo was well equipped with kitchen items. The main bedroom's bed was excellent, firm mattress. The bathroom and shower were great, with two shower heads in the main shower. The gas grill work fine. The location from Frisco was very convenient to walk to town. Parking was easy and covered. Communications and instructions good. I recommend the property.

Great space!! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Close to downtown—you can walk!! Easy entry. Full set up steps to the upstairs if there is a handicap. Spacious closets. Great to have a washer and dryer. I would stay in this space again if I was back in the area.

Best equipped rental ever!!! Kitchen was fully equipped: lots of dish ware, silverware, pots and pans, some spices, leftover containers, Reynolds wrap, glasswear, etc. The king bed is on the 2nd floor and queen bed on the 1st floor, contrary to the ad. Shower on 1st floor is tiny and impossible to keep your head dry. Location is very good and quiet and right off bike/walking path. Hot tub wasn’t working, so check before you leave home. Despite some of the negatives, we had a wonderful stay. The pictures are accurate with lovely living space.

Great location for walking to Frisco

The location of this condo is ideal for walking to downtown Frisco. You can also easily get on a trail by walking without having to drive. The condo itself was nice, clean, and provided everything we needed.

Great Property and location!

Exactly as presented! Perfect walking distance from town. Quiet! Stayed over July 4 weekend and was just far enough from town to avoid the noise and allow us to get away from the crowdscwhen we wanted to.

Just what the doctor ordered - great condo, great location

We stayed at this condo in Frisco from Wed night through Sun morning - and had a wonderful time skiing/boarding, exploring the area and enjoying the comfortable, convenient condo. The condo was well stocked with essentials throughout, was clean, and we especially like the covered parking right at the door - no lugging the skiing/boarding gear through a long parking lot or up stairs to get it into the condo :)

Nice, Well-stocked house

We enjoyed the house even though there was a heat wave during our stay. There are plenty of cookware, bakeware, and cooking utensils. My husband always brings his favorite coffee beans and a grinder, so it works out great with the type of the coffee maker at the house. The house is very close to some trails, shopping centers.There is no A/C, but there are portable fans, and humidifiers stored at the house.A complimentary food is a nice touch!

Beautiful Condo Close to Everything!

We had the great pleasure of staying at this condo; loving that it is within walking distance to Frisco shops and restaurants! We caught the Summit shuttle just outside the complex for a free and easy ride back and forth to Copper mountain for snowboarding and concerts. The unit is even better than the pictures show! Big rooms, comfortable beds with luxurious linens and a lovely master bathroom and shower. The condo is well-stocked which was very convenient for any needs! Having covered parking during a snowstorm was ideal. We even enjoyed the hot tub nearby which was great after a day of being on the mountain! The hosts were readily available to answer any questions and to help us with the return of an item we left at their condo. We hope to return again in the summer! Thank you for you hospitality!
