- Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located over the front door facing the front entrance, camera 2 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front entrance, camera 3 is located on the side of the property above the laundry room door facing the side yard and gate, and cameras 4-6 are located in the backyard facing the pool, patio and pergola. Camera 7 is located above the pool equipment on the side yard. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $55/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool can be heated or cooled, but typically not hotter than 20 degrees above the starting pool water temperature. For example, if it's a 59-degree starting pool temperature, the pool temp would reach between 79-81 degrees with the heater on at least 3 days prior to arrival. The pool heat is not available from October to March when the pool water is between 45-50 degrees
