Stayed for 3 nights in August ,overall impressed with the price and the place also the central location made it easy to walk to the pier And access the bars, restaurants and cafes.

Cute house in great location. Building is old but very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Wouldn't recommend for small children because of steep stairs. I'd stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here last year and had such a wonderful time we decided to come back. The peace and quiet of the town with the beauty of the historic home provides a relaxing stay. Full of special touches and amenities to suit all your needs. Highly recommend!!

The house was as described and it suited our needs perfectly. We were in town for an anniversary party and didn't really spend much time in the house but it certainly accommodated our needs.

Communication with Eric was easy, and the house was as advertised. It’s our second stay & we’ll likely book again. A quirky little place in quirky little Beaverton - a perfect mix!

nice quiet area, but add is a lil misleading....makes it look like lake and grassy areas are in the backyard...but not "waterfront property" very creaky floors upstairs, nail heads popping out from floorboards, I arrived at midnight, very dark, could not even see the address with the overgrown front yard trees and bushes, lil skecthyi did like that it was away from the big city, so overall review is ehhhhhh

Everything was great, proximity to the ice fishing company was perfect. The only disappointment was the fridge. It was dirty inside and this is very important as you keep your personal food in there. The rooms were clean, all amenities like soap, kleenex, etc available. I would go back but please clean the fridgeRoy Clifton

Had an absolute wonderful time! My husband and I spent three nights and four days at the historic green door home. We were both able to fully recharge and relax and were dreaming of ways to stay for longer. Only travelled from just over an hour away but It was far enough from the loud city that it was remarkable how quiet ones surroundings become. Amazing amount of amenities offered and special touches all over the house. The host thought of everything! Highly recommend and would 100% return.
Picture was leaning on dresser and actually made me smile. Nice touch.

Good home with a couple of quirks

This very small two-bedroom home met our needs well. The home is older but renovated with some new touches and a few quirks. Rustic bedrooms, which we wish had more than one power outlet each. Excellent kitchen. We didn't love the position of the stairs immediately outside the bathroom door and would recommend some additional updates (ex. making the jacuzzi tub usable and replacing the missing shower door with another door instead of a curtain). Aside from those small quirks, the house was good, as advertised, and centrally located one block from the main street of Beaverton.
