Welcome to Waipipi Beach Retreat. We are the proud new owners of this amazing property. Having personally booked it out as a family over the years, we loved it so much we decided to buy it! We know how amazing this place is and we can't wait to share it with you. Think of sunsets from the hot tub, kayaking, bomb competitions into the lake, fishing from the beach, catch some waves and quiet evenings by the outdoor fire pit. Either stay in and chill or get out and about and enjoy what this amazing small town has to offer: *Waverley Golf Club a short 6.5km away *The new Hind Quarters Cafe and Bar only 10.5km up the road *New and impeccably stocked Four Square across the road from Hind Quarters (10.5km from Waipipi Beach Retreat) This is the ultimate place to relax, recharge, connect with nature with a wee taste of luxury. You will never want to leave!!

Amazing time away in a beautiful location. Great to be able to take our Labrador on holiday too, good sized fenced section and plenty of space for bigger walks. Even when things went wrong with the spa, Kate was so good at dealing with the issue. The home was so well stocked, it had things we didn't know we would need! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here over Easter. Perfect for a family of 5. Property was easy to find, clean and tidy, well presented and in a beautiful location. Was great to just get away from the city and relax. We will definitely be back.

Just wow. We had an amazing time and hope to stay again in the future.We were quite picky about where we wanted to stay and we could not have chosen a better spot. Being able to have our dogs with us made the trip even more special.Such a beautiful and quiet location. Ir was also great being so close to the beach. Absolutely loved our stay. Although the weather didn't play ball, it was an amazing place to hole up in for the weekend. The hosts have thought of everything and we felt very welcomed. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting Great view to sea and beyond. We enjoyed it so much that we cancelled plans for a day trip and spent the time exploring the beach and area around the house. Enjoyed the spar and watching satellites in the clear sky.

This is a brilliant get-away - well equipped, warm and sunny, amazing views with the lovely hot and clean spa maximising the vista. The fire pit is a wonderful bonus. It’s a real treat to find a modern home like this that is also pet friendly. We love the wild beach too. Sooooo good. Super helpful hosts. Can’t wait to return.

This bach was fully equipped for a holiday getaway. Everything you would need for a family holiday including spa pool, kayaks, fire pit, modern house etc. The location was the greatest asset with views over the nearby lake and the beach is just a short walk. We had the most amazing sunsets while soaking in the spa. The hosts were super helpful and would definitely recommend this place to others.
