Townhouse 5 min from Mont-Tremblant resort and 300m to Lake Mercier

Charming 2 bedroom townhouse wonderfuly equipped located in a peaceful area of ​​the Village of Mont-Tremblant. During winter you will appreciate the cozy living room for after-ski.
Lake, skating rink, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cafes and delicious restaurants are all within walking distance. We provide you with a paddle board. Being located in a very safe area for children, families are welcome! Perfect for rest and for outdoor enthusiasts!

The house
The house has 2 bedrooms and is very well equipped! From the balcony, the living room or from the master bedroom, you can admire the view of Mont-Tremblant.
The house is spread over 3 floors :
- First floor: garage and laundry room. We can't put a vehicle in the garage, but it’s perfect if you have skis, bikes or other stuff you want to store safely during your stay.
- Second floor: living area where the kitchen, dining room, living room, a half-bathroom and an office space are located
- Third floor: the master bedroom (king bed), the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) plus a queen murphy bed and a full bathroom.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has 1 cozy king bed and a TV.
The second bedroom has a queen murphy bed and 2 single bunk beds. Please note that the upper bunk bed can welcome a child or teen of max 100 pounds.


The living room, kitchen and outdoor terrace :
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes recent appliances as well as all the necessary items if the chef in you feels like cooking (airfryer, hot pot, raclette grill, blender for smoothies, ….)! Nespresso machine for amateurs :)
In the large living room you can relax in one of the 3 comfortable sofas and watch TV (smart TV with cable and Netflix). You and your children will also find some board games to enjoy family time! Teleworkers can also work efficiently, as there is an office space with wired internet and wifi.
The terrace has a table where you can have coffee in the morning or a cocktail at the end of the day. There is also a BBQ (summer). The house is equipped with a wall mounted air conditioning unit.


Laundry room and garage:
On the very first floor you will find a garage where you can leave your ski equipment or your bikes. You will also find the washer and dryer there. The garage cannot accommodate a car.

TV and internet
There is a smart TV in the living room with cable including a selection of channels (including sports channels :) ). Wifi is of course also provided.

** IMPORTANT **
- This is a very quiet area. We respect and appreciate our neighbors, so NO parties or festivities are allowed.
- The property is ENTIRELY non-smoking including the front balcony.
- We accept a maximum of 6 guests at all times (children are considered guests).

Location and activities
The Old Village of Mont-Tremblant is a popular landmark for sportsmen and outdoor lovers. The house is located in a very safe area for children and families are very welcome! About 300m from the house is the Lake Mercier beach. Note that the city's Lake Mercier beach is only available to Mont-Tremblant residents, however visitors do access to lake Mercier just left to the beach where people access with their paddle board or kayak. There is also a large grassy area with tables that is accessible to everyone. During summer we provide a paddle board to our guests (from mid June to end of August)


A small path about 150m from the house leads you directly to the Petit Train du Nord where you can go for a bike ride. In winter, there are several trails where you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or fat biking.

A park located about 200m from the house also offers a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, children's play modules, a picnic area and an ice rink in winter. A short 5km walk will take you to Mont-Tremblant resort.
A small grocery store, bicycle, ski and other rental centers as well as excellent restaurants are located within walking distance of the house.

6 visitors MAXIMUM at all times. This is a very friendly and QUIET area, so we ask you to
be respectful of the neighbourhood and avoid loud music or loud noises after 10PM. Party animals : no offense, but we kindly invite you to stay at the Mont-Tremblant resort where partys and noise are abundant. :-)
