Reservoir`s Edge - Spacious Architectural Delight
This bespoke, architecturally designed home is a peaceful retreat in one of Bendigoâs most beautiful areas. With the Bendigo National Park at one end of the street, and the Kennington reservoir at the other end of the street, this home is surrounded by walking tracks. There is a cafĂ© 200 meters away and shopping centre with a supermarket, post office, banks and many food offerings 1km away.
This spacious house is an oasis, with a large brick fence creating privacy for the many courtyards accessible from most rooms. The spacious master bedroom includes a huge walk-in robe, ensuite, study. At the other end of the house are 3 bedrooms with built in robes and desks, and two bathrooms. Two living areas and a formal dining as well as dining table in the kitchen area along with outdoor dining table. There is an abundance of undercover parking in the yard behind secure motorised gates.
*Entire House except for locked storage cupboards
*Gararge is private & not to be entered please.

Suburban - Quiet
-No smoking, no pets, no parties
-The lounge room/formal dining area has luxurious light coloured woollen carpet - please remove your footwear when entering this area.
*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed.
*The garage is not available for guests use. Please stay out of the garage, it is private.
*Please park in the driveway and street parking is also free. The large section next door is currently not suitable for parking, we are trying to grow back the grass.
*Cleaning fee is for a basic turnover. If the cleaners are forced to stay longer, extra fees will apply.
*Please remove footwear when entering the carpet lounge & formal dining area.
*Put bins out on Wednesday night for Thursday collection. They go out the side gate, on Tenzing Way. The house key will also unlock this gate.
There are approximately 12 bait stations positioned in various spots outside around the property. They look like a small black box. For example there is one placed near the outdoor garbage bins. This is a cautionary rodent preventative action only, as the property is located in a leafy suburb. There is no cause for concern but we please ask that these stations are not disturbed.
Please supervise your children at all times when outside.
