"TOUT NEUF" CHALET DE LA VALLEE DES NEIGES A 1 MILLE DE LA VALLEE DES VACANCES

Reposant tranquillement dans la paisible vallée se trouve un chalet "nouvellement construit" avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne.

1er. Caractéristiques du sol: Grande chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain en suite avec douche et baignoire sur pieds et haut-parleur Bluetooth installé dans cette suite également.
Chambre # 2 (14 X 14) a 2 lits Queens (4 personnes) Situé dans le couloir à côté de la chambre # 2 est une taille réelle
Salle de bain avec baignoire / douche. Ce bain a également une laveuse et une sécheuse HE.
Cette maison dispose d'un espace Loft spacieux à l'étage qui a 2 lits Queen (4 personnes) et a également un canapé-lit Queen.
La zone Loft a une salle de bain pleine grandeur. Les deux chambres et la mezzanine ont des téléviseurs muraux LED avec Direct TV. Et chaînes NFL incluses. Tous les 3 chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond avec des lumières.

Un grand espace de vie à aire ouverte avec des plafonds cathédrale avec un grand ventilateur de plafond.
Cuisine "ENTIÈREMENT ÉQUIPÉE" avec tout nouvel acier inoxydable
Électroménagers, grande table à manger qui s'étendra jusqu'à 102 "(feuilles supplémentaires rangées à l'intérieur de la table) Le salon a un grand canapé en cuir
avec pouf surdimensionné et 2 fauteuils inclinables confortables en cuir. Cette zone dispose d'un téléviseur mural LED / UHD de 60 "avec chaînes NFL inclus pour vos besoins de divertissement.
Pour votre confort: le linge de lit, de bain et de cuisine est inclus. Les prises USB sont situées à l'extérieur de la maison, et le gril à gaz et les meubles d'extérieur sont situés sur le porche.
L'entrée principale a des planchers de carreaux de céramique et de quincaillerie tout au long du 1er. sol. Moquette en peluche dans les escaliers et dans la zone Loft.
L'entrée principale a également un porche couvert de 8 X 44 avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée et les montagnes. Il y a une terrasse de 12 X 24 sur le porche avant.
L'entrée arrière a un porche couvert de 6 X 8 juste à côté de la cuisine, il est donc facile d'apporter des produits d'épicerie :)

Great Place!

This is a clean, well built, and newer cabin just a few minutes from Holiday Valley. The downstairs has a big comfy couch, two recliners, and a hugeTV which made it the perfect spot to watch some football after skiing. Owners were super nice and even mailed back some clothes that we’d forgotten. Highly recommend!

Great house..close to everything

The owners supplied the house with everything we needed and then some! There was plenty of space for our family of five. The house is close to Holiday Valley and the dining/shopping in Ellicottville. We’d definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Beautiful cozy cabin close to ski resort. Owners are so accommodating they make you feel right at home. Even offered a drive home if we went out and drank. We will definitely be back.

Clean, warm and comfortable

We went out for a family ski vacation and loved the property. Deb and John treated us like family and were very warm and welcoming. The house was extremely clean,comfortable and warm and cozy. Felt like we were in our own home. Lovely experience and would recommend to our friends and family!

Exceptional Chalet

The chalet was very clean and very spacious. We had teenage kids with us who loved the loft area to hang out. It was a wonderful experience I would definitely come back again. It had everything we needed, and the location is so close to skiing and downtown. Deb was amazing to work with, she is a wonderful person. This was the perfect home away from home, very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

Great house for Holiday Valley Skiing!

We stayed in Deb and John’s beautiful house with friends and family and it was perfect. It’s a 5 minute drive to mountain and just a few minutes more to all the shops and restaurants in Ellicottville. The house is very well stocked with lots of thoughtful items to ensure a comfortable stay. John and Deb met us when we arrived and showed us around and were easy to get in touch with during our stay. We would definitely stay again! Thank you John & Deb!

Owners are amazing and extremely accommodating.

We wanted to ski on our last day and had a trailer. The owners allowed us to leave our trailer at the property until we finished skiing. This was extremely helpful as parking is limited at resort. They were very helpful/responsive on any questions or issues we had.

As close as you can be.

This place is impressive! It's as close as you can get to the resort and not be on the resort basically. The owners are amazing and very accommodating. I've only used VRBO a hand full of times and this is by far the best stay I've visited. My wife and friends were also very impressed. We will definitely be back and most likely sooner than later!

Clean and Cozy Chalet

We had a wonderful trip to Holiday Valley for a ski weekend and stayed at the Snow Valley Chalet. It was a perfect location and just a quick drive to the ski resort. We met the owners at check In and they showed us around their beautiful, clean place! They were so kind and helpful! Our 4 daughters loved the loft area! The space was great for our family of 6, but could easily sleep 10! They had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away from home. We really enjoyed our weekend away and can’t wait to stay here again!! Thank you so much, Deb and John!

Awesome winter weekend getaway

The house was beautiful, well kept and stocked with EVERYTHING we could have needed and more. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids LOVED the loft space with its own bathroom and adorable cubbies for them to play in. Deb and John were incredibly nice and welcoming. We came to tube and the house is only a 10 minute drive from the Holiday Valley Tubing Park. There is a Dollar General just down the street and Holiday Valley Ski Resort and downtown Ellicottville are only a 5 minute drive. The kids are already begging to come back (even without wifi, so you KNOW it’s a great place 😅)!

Perfect location to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville!

Everything about this house was perfect for our weekend getaway for skiing! The house had every single thing you could think of to make your stay enjoyable. From kitchen needs (including crockpots) to laundry supplies to spacious rooms! There is plenty of room for a large group. We had 7 in our group and everyone had plenty of space. The house was spotless and very cozy. This newer cabin was the perfect location for us to hit the slopes, with Holiday Valley being just a mile down the road and also within 2 miles of the quaint little town of Ellicottville. Would highly recommend staying in this cabin if you’re looking for a relaxing weekend filled with convenience and fun! The owner, Deb, was the best host and so very helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Quick Ski Getaway

Deb went out of her way to make sure they my family was comfortable and that everything was just right for our stay. The house is spotless. The added amenities - from the coffee and cream and sugar to the bath products were a perfect touch to make us feel at home. Holiday Valley is 3 minutes away. Thank you for having us!

Snow much fun!

We had a wonderful winter weekend of fun! Debbie and John were more than accommodating with our last minute booking and were wonderful property managers. The house had everything we’d need. Location near Holiday Valley and Ellicottville were perfect!
