Great stay, right between harrison,AR and branson,MO. Beautiful scenic views from the property and the drive to the property. Plenty of room for kids to play and run with out bothering anyone.

Very nice but the bunk bed next to the bathroom needs some reinforcement. It creaked a lot when repositioning on top and bottom bed.

Check in was a breeze. House was very clean. Such a great set up for a large family! Back deck and front porch were great to enjoy outside time. Would definitely recommend. So much to do in the area!

Work Retreat

Five colleagues and I stayed at this house for a working retreat. The house was very roomy and accommodating to our needs. We really enjoyed supper on the back porch and the sunsets each evening. The game room was a hit too!

Great home to gather a lot of people together! Beautiful property. We had a boat, so it was great to have room to park it alongside the barn. The only major suggestion I have is to please, please replace the carpet in all of the bedrooms and stairs! I stayed in the master, and I didn't want to walk barefoot across the carpet. The kitchen could use some more stocking with various supplies as well. Oh, one more little thing, the lighting in the bathroom downstairs was super dim. Could use much brighter bulbs. Thanks! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next lake trip to Bull Shoals and Table Rock!

Beautiful home surrounded by nature

Great experience. Nice house, kids loved the basketball, ping pong and pickleball courts. Loved the deck and front porch. Saw deer, fawns and wild turkeys on the property. Amazing peaceful location.

Short Polar Express trip

We brought 6 adults and 5 kids and all fit very comfortably. Property and house are beautiful. Downstairs was a little cold but not a big deal at all.

The house and lot were spacious and well kept. The semi-isolated location and picturesque view was worth the rocky road to get to it. I would recommend it to anyone attending an event at Olive View.

Memorial Day Family Trip

Quiet large place to stay. Long very bumpy dirt road. The host provided very minimal necessities. There were not enough towels and there were no towels in the kitchen. There were also dead insects upon arrival in the basement windows.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to share the following:- We consistently stock the home with 16 towels, including a mix of bathroom and kitchen towels, and double-checked that these were in place before your arrival.- A variety of essentials are provided for guest comfort, including toiletries, cleaning supplies, and even a welcome basket with extra goodies.- The basement area was treated and cleaned before each stay, and we returned to the home after preparing it to ensure no insects remained. Given the wooded location, occasional sightings can still happen, but we do our best to manage this.We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Close to hog wild

This was a gorgeous house and they thought of everything. They had water and snacks, baby toys/beds and extra towels. I never found an extra bedding set, but could've missed it. The game room isn't much to speak of, but added some extra fun for the kids.

Loved the location and the house! The owners replied promptly and the beds were good. We couldn't find a can opener and there was coffee but no filters and no dishwasher detergent. These were minor things but inconvenient. If the kitchen had needed supplies, I would have given it a 5. The kids loved the play room!

Perfect for our large family!!

This was the perfect house for us! Our son was getting married at a nearby wedding venue, and this house was perfect for all of us getting ready for the wedding. Just a sidenote, the bed in the master suite is very high and there was no stepstool. I had a very difficult time getting in and out of the bed. We also never found an ironing board. There is an iron but no ironing board. Thankfully I brought my steamer. Even with those two minor things we would definitely book this house again and again! The owners took notice of every little detail down to extra toothbrushes, coffee and tea and snacks upon arrival. Awesome, awesome place!
