This four level Terrace house was built by convicts in 1860. It is rare that it has five bedrooms, original layout with exposed Sandstone walls to the rear courtyard. There is a 2 story tall Monstera plant at the rear of the house which is over 30 years old. Its the perfect inner city home to stay at during your time in Sydney.

The house is a beautiful 5 bedroom terrace house, each room with its own character.

Spread over 4 floors there is plenty of room for everyone to find a corner and relax.

You are literally moments away from most of Sydney's major attractions

* 4 minute walk to Museum Station. You are only 3 stops away from Circular Quay and looking at the Opera House
* 8 minute walk into the heart of the city
* 14 minute walk to Botanical Gardens

* 14 minutes to Queen Victoria Building & The Queen Victoria Arcades
* 10 minutes to Westfield Shopping Center - Market St

Go to Central Station in 1 stop with the train and from here, take train to anywhere in Australia including the Blue Mountains.

You are booking our entire house all to yourself! No matter the reason you are in town for our place is perfectly located to cater to all your needs.

You will have access to all amenities within the house.

This includes but is not limited to:

* Airconditioning in all rooms apart from the lowest level which stays cool due to sandstone walls

* Two stunning outdoor spaces with alfresco dining

* Fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm with microwave, 2 fridges and stove

* 5 Bedrooms with 3 x double, 1 x queen, and 1 x king bed
* Recently upgraded comfortable mattresses for a good nights rest
* 5 star hotel quality 1200 thread count egyptian cotton linen thats all washed & pressed before each stay
* Desk and chair in each room in case you need to squeeze in some work
* Enough room to store your luggage

* Washing machine, dryer, iron + ironing board

Other things to note:
We have a very strict non party policy which is strictly enforced. This is the perfect place to visit with your family and friends if you want to chill and relax not the place to host a party by inviting others. We respect our neighbours and the quiet hours 10:30pm to 9am

The house is spread out over 4 levels.

This means there is a number of stairs to navigate from the top to the bottom. The top floor is a bedroom which is accessed via a narrow staircase and has a fold door that is operated via a cleverly designed weight system. This room truly is our favorite of the bedrooms with a king sized bed, however its not really suitable for young children or the elderly.

Also the house has two bathrooms. Both of them are on the lower ground and one is accessed through the internal courtyard.
