The Space

This ground-level condo is located in a secured building. Using the key fob provided to them, guests can enter the condo building into the building lobby, where they will find a comfortable seating area and access the shared gym facility.

Entering the condo, guests will have access to an entryway closet to hang their jackets and store their shoes. Inside the condo, guests will find the primary bedroom, boasting a queen-size bed with premium linens, a Smart TV with access to streaming services and Samsung TV, a comfortable workstation by the large picture window, and its own 3-piece ensuite with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom is equipped with twin-sized bunk beds and another workstation. In the main living area, guests will be able to use the stylish, well-stocked kitchen to cook their own meals, the dining area with seating for up to 6 guests to eat at, and a spacious living room with another Smart TV, sound bar, gas fireplace, and comfortable sectional with seating for everyone!

As a bonus, guests will be able to access a gated, private patio area, as well as a shared courtyard.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire condo unit for themselves, as well as the shared gym and outdoor facilities. Guests will also be able to access one secured parking space in the underground parking using the provided key fob.
