The room was super clean. Staff were super nice. The only thing we wish we knew before going is that the tiki bar and coffee shop wasn’t up in business but all in all it was in great condition.

Condo was on the beach. and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet area. We walked to the convention center in about 12 minutes. Would stay again.

Rooms were dirty they constantly ran out of linen. The pool bar was closed the entire time nothing was as advertised, including the rooms.

Overall, it was good enough. Good beach access. Convenient parking. Close to many restaurants and attractions. The room was fair to good. I didn't always have hot enough water. The shower wlater pressure was not good. The bathroom was not well lit and no counter space. My bed was great and I liked the pillows.

Beach Getaway.

The rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Good location, able to walk almost everywhere. Outlets and the Aquarium about an 8 minute drive. Would stay there again.

Parking garage was full and tight fitting making it difficult to maneuver our truck. We decided to Uber instead of trying which added an expense. Poolside bar and coffee shop are permanently closed even though still advertised on website. Water issues. 10min into a shower and hot water kicks in. Next night it took 20min. Drains slowly, I'm guessing clogged with sand. Gorgeous ocean views from all rooms. I liked our 3 bedroom room. Very spacious. 2 bathrooms were great. Had to call 2times and wait 3 hours for toilet paper and other housekeeping items.

Views-views and more views

Ocean front rooms with amazing views! Balcony is large enough to sit and enjoy the sounds, smells and beautiful view. Can park on your same level as your room if you stay lower than floor 11, preventing elevator wait time. The outdoor amenities and direct beach access are bonuses!

Our room was decent - looks like it was newly remodeled to appear better. Other rooms were not as clean. Area around the room could have been better taken care of. Elevator area was dirty. Pool area and beach area were nice, clean, and it’s in a very convenient location near shops and boardwalks!

The room we got, the entire room the floors were dirty and slippery. Definitely worned shoes to bed and the linen wasn’t clean. The pools didn’t look clean either.

The staff were friendly and listened to our complaints and the hotel was in a very convenient location. However the room was in pretty rough condition. The plumbing fixtures were loose and not sealed to the walls. The carpet was torn up and stained, all the mattresses had significant stains, as well as the couch and chair cushions. The kitchen tiles were broken and there were several holes in the drywall. That’s just the worst of it, overall it’s not the worst hotel we used, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and won’t be using it again.
