Location was good, walking distance from the colosseum. The room was big, with kitchen and big bathroom. However the room window was next to a movement sensitive light and it was hard to sleep throughout the night with the light going off constantly as other guests were passing by.

Room was big, shower itself a little small, but overall, it was accommodating. A little further from the center city of Rome, but easy access to metro station, busses and taxis. 4 out of 5 stars, would recommend.

This one bedroom property had two private outside areas. The room was clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. The area has some steep walks, but that is the whole area.

Pictures of the rooms aren't accurate. Standard rooms are poor. We upgraded to deluxe which was just ok. The floor wasnt very clean and there was an odor of javel water when we entered. Location is very good. Metro just in the front and 2 stations from termini station.

Dust and dirt are everywhere throughout the property. Their operating license should be revoked. Abandon property with old elevator. Many grrafitty paint in the building. The curtains in the room is dirty. We claim a devolution and no one answer our request. No breakfast.

Smooth, helpful, friendly check-in with Alessia. Room was spacious and bed and pillows were comfortable. (Sofa bed was what you'd expect.) Great location with Manzoni Metro station literally right outside the front door. Make note that there is a staircase that you climb to get to the elevator if you have luggage. (I do think the elevator was out of order when we left, which I'm sure could cause an issue for others.) Room was fairly clean except for a large coffee stain on the mini-fridge.

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Everything was extremely dirty, including the common areas and the rooms. In addition, the air conditioning units barely cool the rooms, making the stay very uncomfortable. In its current condition, the property is almost uninhabitable. We hope the management improves cleanliness and maintenance for future guests.”

This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is practically uninhabitable. There is a very strong moldy and damp smell throughout the property, which could seriously affect guests’ health. The cleanliness is unacceptable, the facilities are in very poor condition, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

It's an honest stay, I would say. The room is okay and the surroundings are fine. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and even to the Colosseum. As the desk does not work 24/7, even though it's easy to check in and access the building, if anything goes on, you'll need to wait until someone is on their shifts again. We had a few problems with TV signal, but the staff managed sort that out. The shower is amazing and perfect after a whole day out.

We are a family of 6 and enjoyed our stay. The property and staff were amazing. The apartment is right next to Metro Manzoni, so you can go anywhere quickly.

Do not book here. The pictures are a lie. We didn’t even have a bed, it was a dirty pull out couch. The first thing we did was check under the sheets for bed bugs, and sure enough, there they were. The property refused to refund us saying “they weren’t bed bugs” but just other bugs that we probably brought into the room. Now they will not respond to us and I have to call my credit card company to get a refund. Do NOT book here.

The room was specious with high ceilings,which gave a feel of an old Rome! The kitchen and bathroom needs renovation,but place was so clean, you don't even see it that often in modern hotels. So whoever takes care of cleaning, you are doing amazing job! Metro entrance is outside the main entrance of the building, it was super easy to hop on the train and travel to destinations we have planned for a day! Very good restaurants within short walking distances. I definitely recommend this place and location. And it was 20 min walk too colliseum!

The location and staff are great. Check in was easy, room was clean, shower needs some work but not horrible. Bus and metro stop right outside. But that's about it. No bowls in the kitchen, not enough silverware for the room capacity, one flat pillow per person, lack of toilet paper, and not as advertised. The description said AC, down comforter, memory foam mattress, and premium bedding. Our room had none of that
