The property is nice for its price, it would easily be triple the price if you’re from the states. Common areas are nice as well, two pools and a nice business/meeting conference. Good bang for your buck, it’s in central pattaya. You’re in the middle of all the action.

The communication was great a very quaint condo with a nice view. The location is five minute walk to Patia Beach or to Central Mall.

Host contact was hard to get hold of and did not speak English, lobby looked nice but that's about it.. elevators where slow and had no aircon. hallways were run down and lighting was horrible in our area. room was run down and paint peeling / and marks all over it. cupboard were damage and furniture was run down

The location is as good as it gets in Pattaya. The Base is right in the middle of all the action. The property is a condo style with no front reception or daily cleaning in the price. We stayed for a week and I'd stay again. Organising the key and the return was an easy process.

The building was nice and clean but I was unable to get into my hotel the first night I was there and had to rent another hotel for the night and had to pay for it and would like to be re inburst asap.

Nice condo in center of actions, yet quite enough to sleep. Definitely good option for longer stay. 31st floor roof deck and infinity pool awesome! Finally able to do some laps. Only complaint is very hard bed, personal preference. Told owner to have a mattress topper in closet so people who like softer bed can just put it on. Next time a month long stay and can definitely see myself in that condo again.

Great condo. 2 towels provided with shampoo and shower gel. Not much of a sea view. The curtain in the kitchen was broken. There is no TV is the living room. Saw a Gecko in the condo. Apart from this, the condo is fit for purpose.

Only one key for 3 peoples it's hard And when you book 2 rooms for family it's hard when you want to go see them in a different floor

Check in too long, the guardsmen kept us out in the sun because they wanted room number which ofcourse expedia doesn't give and host took long to respond.
