Wonderful, welcoming, helpful and accommodating staff. The place is a gem, having breakfast by the pool every morning was a treat. Not recommended for people with mobility issues as there are steps to access any place on site.
Breakfast was plentiful, you could add eggs, bacon, hot drink included.

We stayed here, in July 2025. It’s very nice, good pool, and super friendly staff. My teenage daughters complained about their sofa style beds which I have to say were uncomfortable. The bed I had with my wife was lovely. Koutouloufari is very touristy. I think Crete has much nicer more authentic, towns with much better restaurants. We stayed in Agious Nikolaos afterwards which had so many great places to eat!

Our standard room had everything you need we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The pool was lovely, the staff were very kind and the attention to detail in hotel didn’t go un missed! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here. The staff are welcoming, thoughtful and happy to help. Room was clean comfortable with a lovely balcony and drying rack. The pool area is where we spend most of our time. The pool is perfect for cooling off and where you can watch mountain goats climb the cliffs, and where cretan vultures soar.

The hotel is lovely. The room was big with a huge terrace, and the hotel grounds really clean. The pool is great - but do get there early to grab a lounger The local town is wonderful - full of shops, bars and restaurants. You can walk to beaches but its up a steep hill - and be sure to know which beach to head to as some are more party than others

We stayed in the beautiful Traditional house and had such cozy corners to enjoy with each other but also on our own. The terrace had a gorgeous view of the sea. Lovely street with different Taverna.and souvenir shops. Great experience

Really enjoy our stay. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Accommodation was excellent, with crisp sheets and comfortable beds. The pool was wonderful and the surrounding area was stunning, sunbeds comfortable and the parking a really helpful bonus. Cannot fault it.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Koutouloufari. Rooms are spacious with everything you could possiby need during your holiday, plus a bottle of wine to welcome you. The pool area isn’t huge but very pretty and never so busy you can’t find a seat or sunbed. So many brilliant places to eat and drink on the area. Perfect holiday destination.

Great location in the centre of the village, lots of great restaurants/tavernas within a 5 minute walk. Views down to the coast. The staff are friendly and helpful. The accommodation is built into the hillside, up a series of steps with attractive planting areas.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last. It’s in the centre of Koutouloufari but still quiet and relaxing. You have everything on your door step. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great, I’d recommend including this on booking as it’s expensive to pay daily. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!

Beautiful view of all the harbour of Chersonnisos from our spacious balcony. Lovely swimming pool with lovely surroundings en real proper dubbel sized beds. Lovely apartment with airconditioning in each room.

The location was very central. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was in a traditional style and quite spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The soft furnishings were not as comfortable as we would have liked. However the bed was very comfortable. We would be happy to recommend this accommodation.

Quiet and peaceful but in the heart of the village. A perfect place to stay where you can relax by the pool or explore further a field. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful, happy to go that extra mile to make our stay perfect. The stairs to the rooms can be challenging if you aren't use to them; however once there the views are worth it. Our room was cleaned regularly and the gardens and common area kept clean and tidy. Thank you KVHC for a wonderful stay, I'm sure we will be back.

This is a gem in a beautiful village! Walking around the streets is like taking a trip to the past. The construction is rustic adobe with a hint of modern. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. They have a kitchenette which is convenient for a family. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. They have bar service so you can enjoy and relax. There are plenty and delicious restaurants, bakeries and cafes around. The staff is very friendly, and they are always there to help you if you need information or transportation. I'm looking forward to coming back and explore more of Crete!
