Really good option if you are visiting Croatia. Liked very much the apartment and the surrounding area. Great place to have a a hub of your are renting a car.

The perfect stay - sea view balcony for morning coffee , just a few steps from the beach with huge parasols and sun loungers , beautiful clear sea , paddle boards available .

We had a great short stay here, fantastic apartments. The facilities were great and the property was immaculate. We had a problem with the air conditioning but the staff were great in dealing with this. The beach was lovely and location was perfect. The Cibus restaurant next door was amazing too. Great food and reasonably priced for the quality. Can't fault this stay, we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful location, right on the sea. Gorgeous expansive balcony overlooking the water, very quiet and private. Elevator was a bonus. Nice town just outside of Split which was a 30 min drive. Staff super friendly, highly recommend.

Absolutely hook this Hotel. The rooms are incredible, beach is quiet and peaceful, and it’s 15-20 minutes to Split if you go outside of rush hour. Highly recommend!

Location on the beach was ideal for us. If you intend spending most of your time in the old town of Split, you may prefer to stay in Split as the traffic to and from Split is a negative factor. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property was well maintained Stephanie at check in was awesome. the staff was readily available to help with any needs that may have occurred although our stay was perfect. Having the beach just footsteps away and the beautiful sunrise and sunset lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We definitely will stay again 100%.

The surroundings are beautiful, with excellent access to the sea, and we still enjoyed our stay. However, the accommodation did not match the impression given by the photos on Hotels.com. The listing mainly shows the two beautiful main buildings, but we were accommodated in the annex, which is of a lower standard. This should be made clearer in the description to avoid disappointing guests.

Friendly check in, parking bay on garage, Seaview apartment was stunning, spacious, clean, quiet & well equipped Bar/restaurant next door Never used the pool but this is heated Free loungers for the beach Selection of bars/restaurants along the front Never chose Breakfast so no comment. We had an amazing stay at VIPo Prestige Apartments in Podstrana. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is excellent — right on the beach, with a beautiful boulevard full of restaurants along the water, plus supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment itself was modern, beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We also loved the view from our room, and the extra half bathroom was such a great bonus. The service was wonderful, and Estefania at the front desk was truly the best — so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. She made our stay even better. I would 100% recommend VIPo Prestige Apartments to anyone visiting the Split/Podstrana area. We loved everything about it!

This property was incredible… it didn’t fail to disappoint. The view, the location, the cleanliness and the amenities were exceptional. Stephiana was so helpful, she couldn’t do enough for us. She did a thorough check in with us and showed us everything, even when she had finished work she showed us where the local shop was. She was so friendly and her English was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend this place for someone to just switch off for a few days. Worth every penny! The only thing I would say is, if you want to go into split you would need a car as the bus was challenging, long and hot and the Ubers kept cancelling the trip. That was the only problem we had, which is nothing to do with the accommodation which outweighed the stressful journeys into split

I don’t usually take the time to write review but this place was great. The staff, particularly Stefanjia and Ante, were super helpful and welcoming. We had an issue with one of the shutters on the window when we first arrived and they fixed it immediately and were super responsive to our needs. The pictures don’t do this place justice- the view is stunning and the amenities were fantastic. There are some really great restaurants within easy walking distance (Restaurant Jure and Cibus were both excellent). Plus I enjoyed running along the promenade in the mornings and we were even able to rent bikes from Vipo Prestige to make the most of the waterfront location. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

For a family with little kids is amazing, safe, clean with tub and shower. Highchair and safe furniture. The beach is right in front and is super nice (rocky not sandy) my kids love it and the water was crystal clear. Nice new kitchen, deliciuos restaurants near by. In this season the pool was close but must be nice. FYI: The spa area is for rent and also the washing machine. In general, we love it.

Fantastic location - doesn’t get any better. For a family it was perfect with amenities and support. Communication and flexibility of the staff and management was perfect. Highly recommend.
