Clean, cosy studio in a lovely area! Our delayed trains resulted in us checking in late however the host was very accommodating - 10/10 would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Great location and accommodation for a couple of nights. Basic but functional and suited out needs. We had problems getting access to the apartment when we arrived as host didn’t arrive and didn’t apologise for delay when they did appear. Person on phone did try to help after my 3rd call which was appreciated

The highlight to this place is its location. Wonderful neighborhood with all the shops and restaurants you could want. The facilities were clean. The check in process was so-so. The major drawback was that the sofa bed was without hyperbole the worst bed I’ve ever ‘slept’ on. No exaggeration, the springs were digging into my skin so badly that I bruised.

Lovely spacious room with all the amenities required for our stay in London. Great location right next to the miseums and only a few minutes walk to the nearest tube station.

Location was very good, and apartment was quiet. However we had a few issues: - last floor with broken elevator, and no warning ahead of time, nobody to offer help with luggage - refrigerator was not properly fixed to the wall: the first time we opened it, it almost toppled over and could have severely injured someone, especially as we had a young child with us - apartment was equipped with the ultra minimum. Not asking for much, but perhaps just coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper would have been nice as opposed to just ketchup packets left from previous tenants.

Lovely apartment and good location for Science Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Looking at the pictures I thought the apartment was on the top floor with balcony but in actual fact was in the basement. So would double check this when booking. It may have been my fault for not checking but as it was only for one night it was not a problem. I would recommend.

Overall, a great experience, and I would stay here again. The location is excellent—safe, well-lit, lively, and close to major attractions, shops, and the subway. The only downside was that the elevators were not working, so going up and down four flights of stairs was inconvenient, especially with luggage or after walking all day. The host was excellent and always communicated clearly, responding promptly to our questions and requests.

Pretty expensive for what you get. No elevator. Not the cleanest. They provide one key (even for a party of 4) so if you lock yourself out, you have to coordinate a time to let yourself in. That said, they were responsive.

The apartment was satisfactory for me and my two adult children. Having air conditioning was wonderful given we were in London during a heat wave. However, there were a few issues: 1) we texted the contact when we were arriving, and yet had to wait outside in the heat for him to let us in - there was another family waiting as well, 2) we were told we were on the second floor and then found out we were up five flights of stairs, 3) the tension rod for the shower curtain collapsed the first time we touched it - we were able to put it back in place, but this happened several times. 3) my son slept on the pull-out bed in the living room/kitchen area, and it was extremely uncomfortable. The flat is in a great location with lots to do and proximity to museums, cafes and restaurants, buses and the tube.

Communication was excellent. I was contacted prior to arrival and communication was constant right up to the day of our stay. Check in and out was simple and we were greeted by a member of staff on our arrival at the property. They were still in the process of having a quick hoover when we arrived but that didn't bother us and they were very polite about it. The property was great and has all the amenities. It very much added to our time in London.

The internet was strong. However, one of our worst stays anywhere … The A/C was weak; The table was rickety - afraid to use it; Elevator did not work and property managers told us it broke while we were there but it was out when we arrived; Worst though was terrible leaks when it rained - blowing breakers and making kitchen and microwave unusable! We wasted our last full day in London managing issues with this place! Don’t go!
