We stayed here for five days as a family during winter. It is a quiet neighborhood and while not right downtown, there are different options to take public transportation to downtown. There are a few grocery stores on the corner. The apartment is spacious and check in was easy.

Great Accommodations for a Family

We were running super late and needed an automated check-in. The company representative we called was extremely helpful and gave us clear directions that made check-in on our own quite simple and fast. The room was well appointed, incredibly clean and the beds were the most comfortable we've slept in during our vacation in Europe.

If you have a car, it’s almost 50 Euros daily for parking & street is not an option (you’ll get fined). But the parking ramp is the steepest I’ve ever seen in any country: crazy! They was some oil on the top of the ramp and our rental with brand new tires couldn’t make it out of there. We had to bring sand! A/C shuts down at night: It is not available at night. Small Bedroom doesn’t even offer a fan. No windows can be opened. In summer, at night the place becomes a sweat box. I am on iron and am usually colder than everyone else; but even I was so hot I could hardly breathe at night. We had to go out and get a fan just to be able to get some sleep in the small bedroom. Evidently there were instruction manuals somewhere for the appliances, although we did not find them until our last day there when getting ready to leave. Otherwise, it was a nice looking and spacious place to stay. In Summertime the upper floors of the building, in the elevator, stairs and hallways it is like an oven cooking you. The staff are kind and supportive To the best of their ability though.

Best team, great apartment

The team is excellent, i talked to them via whatsapp messagibg and they were always there to help. The condo very spacious, comfortable beds, fully equipped and extras. Next to public transportation allowing you to get anywhere in a fast and easy manner. I recommend it to a family any day.

Amazing hotel staff customer care team

I want to add that i have never for 10 years using hotels.com had encountered customer service at this top notch by the hotel people. They helped us from far, solved problems -and were just gracious. They deserve big thank.
