Great place to stay, the room was very clean and in a great location. The only issue we had was that the room has no AC and having only a small window it was nearly unbearable to sleep in a warm weather.

Amazing stay! The host team was very helpful and great at communicating when i had issues with the check in form online and a personal item left after the stay. The check in process was super easy and relaxed as you just did everything at your own pace! Location was great, only a couple minute walk to the tube station that connected to all of london. Amazing shopping centre nearby and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was small but had everything we needed, including an electric fan which was very helpful with the heat! 10/10.

Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September.

Room was in an excellent location with loads of shops and food places nearby and just a short walk to Shepherds Bush station. Our room was clean, a good size and had everything we needed. I was initially a bit worried about having no reception, but communication with staff was good and check in was easy. It was excellent value for money, there was just 2 things that let it down - the bed wasn't very comfortable, and it was incredibly noisy when people walked past the room/when the cleaners were working during the day.

Communication really effective, the property was spotless and really cosy. Really liked the layout, bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. V close to Shepherd's Bush station on a bustling high street but still.not noisy at all. Definitely staying here again.

It was a bit difficult to locate the front entrance, since it's just a non-descript door between a couple of shops.

This is a great little apartment. I had problems checking in but the host help out a lot. My only bad thing about this place it was like a sauna. But I Defo stay again.

Hands down one of the nicest apartments I ever booked for London. Great area, there’s a huge shopping centre nearby (Westfield) and central like is close to get to Soho and Co. within 20 mins. It gets rather warm during summer but a fan was provided.

This apartment/flat was great. Super clean and very well maintained. I really appreciated how clean everything was and it had everything I needed for a great stay. Check in was very simple and explained well. Yes, it was a bit hot for some reason but overall an awesome accomodation and perfectly located for travel on two underground lines and national rail

Excellent stay, the apartment is easily located and in a great area. It has everything you need, very clean and modern & safe. It can be a bit noisy so I would recommend earplugs. However there is nothing I would change about the stay, excellent and very happy with my stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! Very convenient location, close to the tube, local eateries and Westfield shopping centre! Great communication. The apartment and hallway/staircase were clean and presentable. The only negative was how hot the apartment itself was and could really do with a fan in our (short) summers but beside that I would happily return here!

Decent, clean place as advertised

The apartment was as pictured. It was very warm temperature wise even though it wasn’t hot outside. You could not sleep with the window open bc there was not a window lock to prevent entry from the outside and there’s an HVAC unit beneath the window so someone could climb in.
