Balcony plants were dead and can use a refresh, there was old food in the fridge from April (July is when the review is being written) otherwise the accomodations, location, and vibe was cool and chill for a no fuss situation. The AC worked great.

The property is in a great location for walking and getting around the city. The apartments are stylish and having a terrace was wonderful to listen to the parrots and birds in the morning. The unit was spacious. My only complaint is that they told me someone would fix two lightbulbs that were out and nobody ever came. Breakfast was delicious! AC worked well. Overall, was really happy with the property.

The location/area is great. The price is too high for what it is. The temperature in the room is difficult to control. Lots of noise from the neighbours in the terrace. Overall it was OK/Good but not excellent nor bad.

Great location, quiet but still close enough to the action if you want to eat out or shop. Was also near the metro. Place itself was beautiful - comfy bed, nice patio, and even stained glass windows for that extra touch of heaven. Just what you need for a holiday in Barcelona.

The room was really cute and I was so happy with the balcony I had. It had everything I needed like a fridge and kettle and the bathroom was really nice, some small black spots in the shower but nothing that I was bothered by. The building itself is very cute. My only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin. I loved that they offer earplugs but neighbours coming home at 4-5am made the walls vibrate and transcended the earplugs. This could of course be a personal experience and your neighbours may be more respectful but other than that, it was a lovely stay and I can’t wait to return.

It was very nice with the balcony that showed a nice view. The only issue I had was i couldn’t figure out how to control the heating, but i called and they tryed to help me. I didnt quite understand how to work it but overall it was amazing!!!

Excellent location, and nice interior design of the room and public spaces. Walking distance to major tourist attractions. Plenty of dining options in the area. Contactless check-in and check-out worked well. The balcony is very pleasant, and facing historical buildings. The shower seems to have limited amounts of hot water, barely sustained for one person’s shower. You’ll have to wait for a while for the warm water to be ready again.

Numa offered an extremely central stay on a beautiful walking street with a spacious room. However there was a smell on the whole floor and in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud, the paint was peeling on many of the walls. Overall the finishing was rundown and poor quality. Retro design gem in Eixample, easy self check in with great online support and some great goodies. They have luggage lockers if u arrive early or leave late. We'll definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay! It's on a quiet, pedestrian street so there was little noise. It was centrally located, and we walked everywhere. The management was great, all codes, etc. were delivered in a timely manner and the instructions were easy to understand. The room had everything we needed and our stay was seamless. I'd definitely stay here/recommend to others.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is superb. Easy self check-in and checkout. We like the vintage decor. However, the communication could be improved. The answers to watsup messages took too long.

had a really good stay here and would happily recommend it. Great value for money and the location was spot on – easy to get around with good transport links, but also close enough to walk everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, plus a supermarket right on the same street which was super handy. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a balcony which was lovely to sit out on. The area felt quiet and safe, so nice for relaxing. Big shoutout to the company too – when my air-con stopped working I sent them a quick text and it was sorted really fast, which I really appreciated. If you stay, definitely check out a café called Lato nearby – great spot for breakfast. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again if I came back to the area.

This was rated as a four-star hotel and it's honestly two stars at best. Upon arrival we had to have them fixed the shower head and the shower hose that sprayed all over the bathroom they also had to repair three tiles on the floor that were loose causing a trip hazard. Location is nice close to lots of transportation and restaurants. If you need help there's no human contact only through WhatsApp and slow to respond. The bedroom wall wasn't even painted just broken concrete that had been patched. I would advise caution before checking in here.
