The condo itself wasnât too bad. Conveniently located by beach. However, the lack of info and the inconsistent info we received was really, really obnoxious. We check in at the main officeâeasy peasy. But then they say we have to get parking passes at the actual resort. So then we spend 30 minutes in line to get parking passes. No map or information about where the parking is, we wander around trying to figure out where to go. Then we try to find our condo. Good luck considering the common areas are getting remodeled and only like 1 elevator is working with again a long line. We wandered around again for an hour trying to find our placeâŠpretty annoying considering we had been traveling since 3 that morning. Again, an inclusive map would be very helpful!! We finally found a back stairs through the laundry facility area. Our condo was close to an elevator, which never worked the entire week! I would have thought there would have been a map on the app or something but not that I could find. There was absolutely no actually helpful information in the online guide. On our way to try
The disposal of the trash is terrible, no additional towels were available. None of this was discussed prior to my booking. Did not have a complete kitchen as advertised
