Been staying in ViiA Residence for a few times. I love their location which is very convenient, and the room is extremely comfortable, my staying experiences are always excellent! Highly recommended to those who are looking for a great place to stay!

Everything is good. All request is attended fast. Nice smell of ground lobby. Lobby is neat n clean. Looks as new. Malls n trains just below n short walk. Friendly staff. Huge and clean parking lots. For staria 1.99m a bit challenge but ceiling is okay at 2.1m. apartment floor is dusty but cleaner attended to it. Overall great stay

Very clean and comfortable unit in the Eco City area. Right next to two large malls and a metro stop. Very convenient location. Rooftop pool and fitness center also an added bonus

Easy to check in where there's a reception at the lobby to serve, receptionist was friendly and helpful, great hospitality. Located at KL Eco City and very convenient that me and my family can walk over to Mid Valley and The Garden Mall through the link bridge. Recommended!

Apartment is in a wonderful location. Room was big enough, and the living room and the kitchen were also good. Great value for the price. The view from the swimming pool is mesmerizing. The receptionist who helped us during the stay was also very kind and friendly. Will book again next time.

Was given very high floor. The place is quiet perfect for relaxing. Especially the infinity pool at level 40. Theres a linkbridge to the gardens mall link with midvalley megamall. Dining options are countless.

Absolutely stunning! Way better than Amari Hotel. To those who doesn't want a small size room, choose ViiA which is big and cozy. Although they don't include breakfast, but it doesn't matter as it is next to Mid Valley Mall and The Gardens where we can easily finds tons of great restaurants. Overall well done

One of the hostess is called Mila. She is an excellent hostess, kind, patiënt, very positive and vibrant. The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave

I book Signature bedroom view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is good. The view from the pool when sunset is very panoramic. Location is near to Abdullah Hukum LRT and KTM make our tour easy to go other attractions in kl. Also walkable to Midvalley and kl eco city. The property its self have breakfast serviced that can send to our room at the morning. Everything was good here.😍

Pro: cheaper option near Mid Valley megamall, just need walk over link bridge. Ample parking (with touch n go card). Comes with breakfast (few set meals to select the night before and they will deliver the foos to the room next morning). Con: they did not set up any sofabed/ extra bed per my request during booking. After check in we informed the front desk and they said they would send the staffs to set it up. We left the apartment for dinner. To our disappointment, the set up was just a single layer of mattress oj the floor (no base) and 1 pillow.. no blanket. Worst was the staffs didnt close our room door properly and we just pushed it to open, which was a shock to us. One of the couches in the living room was dirty and we didn't sit on that.

Poor check in process, yet after still have to scan at machine to dispense keycard, defeating the purpose of checking in only provided 1 key card and became quite inconvenient for families/ couples to enjoy the place

My first impression exceeded all expectations. As I entered the hotel room, I couldn't help but notice that it looked even better than it did in the photos - a rare and delightful surprise! The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and it exuded a cozy ambiance that immediately put me at ease. Every detail seemed to have been thoughtfully considered, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. The inclusion of cutlery, wine glasses, and the cozy blanket added a touch of luxury and convenience that elevated the overall experience. One of the highlights was the inclusion of Netflix, allowing for a relaxing evening of entertainment after a day of exploration.

Not for me.

The hotel is ok There was no reception desk as such - so check in and check out were at the security desk. They don't have any concierge service so you can't store your bags anywhere. They wanted a security deposit but would only take cash - i didn't have any. The room also doesn't get cleaned whilst you're staying - if you want the room to be cleaned it is a chargeable extra. The room itself was clean when I went in, but the air con wasn't working properly so it was very hot, the whole place had a strange odour too. I did appreciate there being a washing machine in the room and a kitchenette. On balance, I wouldn't stay here again as it was all a bit too basic and had no hotel services. Not sure how it received 4 stars.
