Situato in Val d'Isere, dall'altra parte della strada e si affaccia sul villaggio di Mammoth. Il nostro condominio è adiacente al SKI Back Trail!
Parcheggiare l'auto proprio davanti alla porta di casa e fatto!~. Passeggiata al Villaggio Gondola per lo sci di prima mattina. Godetevi la Finest Ristoranti a Mammoth, vita notturna, e Shopping, il tutto senza dover guidare. Il parcheggio è direttamente davanti alla nostra porta .... si può letteralmente parcheggiare e non guidare la vostra intera vacanza.

Dato che il nostro acquisto, abbiamo completamente ristrutturato la nostra casa e appena finito l'installazione di nuovi bellissimi pavimenti in legno.
La nostra casa dispone di doppio master camere da letto, con letti confortevoli Super, cuscini di piume e nuovi fogli 1000/1200 numero di thread e di lusso 100% asciugamani egiziani.
Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono tutti nuovi e vengono cambiati ogni anno.

La camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto King super confortevole e dispone di arredi in stile Tommy Bahama e cabina armadio. La seconda camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale. Nizza Asciugamani e 1000 fogli numero di battistrada. .

Sempre dipinte di fresco con pavimenti in legno Bamboo Wood o Hickory e Marble Showers. Il camino è di propano a gas con termostato e ventilatori per riscaldamento conveniente ed efficiente. . . Il camino ha una solida manto di marmo e sollevato focolare granito con un 42 'TV a schermo piatto. C'è un lettore DVD / CD Denon e una piccola selezione di musica e film in DVD.

La cucina dispone di nuovi armadi, ripiani in granito personalizzati, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici-piano di cottura piano GE con forno a convezione, microonde, lavastoviglie e nuovo frigorifero. Forniamo piatti, posate, bicchieri e pentole. Opere d'arte originali accenti casa nostra. Abbiamo un nuovo asciuga-scarponi proprio accanto alla nostra seggiovia!

La nostra casa è un condominio superiore, con una unità di seguito.

Abbiamo fornito un computer Dell con DSL e WI-FI. Il computer viene caricato con i programmi più diffusi.
Offriamo sconti ripetuti ai nostri stimati amici che hanno soggiornato prima.

Our stay was great. The home was clean and ready for us to begin our mountain holiday. The location is perfect and we enjoyed sledding nearby as well as a quick walk to the Gondola in the village to start our ski day. We will stay here again on our next mammoth trip.

Loved our stay in mammoth. Condo was completely set up and made our stay so easy. Fully stocked kitchen and restrooms. Right in town easy walk to town and gondola for easy access to the mountain. Husband and the son used the ski back trail and got back faster to the condo than my daughter and I did taking the gondola back. Would 100% stay here again.

Hi Lisa, thanks for taking care of our home. Yes, the ski back is much faster. I typically use the Gondola since our ski locker is in the Village but our friends that stay with us always beat us home. If you get a chance to get back up this winter, let me know as we do give repeat discounts. Summers are also amazing!

The condo had everything we needed and was very convenient to the chair lift in town that takes you up to the mountain resort. It was a short walk from the condo to the lift. We were also very close to stores. We had everything we needed to cook. Our two west coast daughters joined us for part of our stay. The condo has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Our host was very responsive to our questions

Would Stay Again!

Really enjoyed our short stay in mid-April for some spring skiing and boarding. Larry’s and Jean’s condo in Val D’Isere is as advertised … very nicely remodeled unit overall!! We always love staying in that community with its great access to the gondola and restaurants! Will definitely stay there again!!

Nice Condo and location too!

We had a fantastic stay at this ski condo! The location was perfect close to the slopes and all the amenities we needed. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, well equipped, making it a great home base for our trip. the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy ski getaway!

Great Condo right near The Village

Great place to stay in Mammoth. Walking distance to the village and gondola. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. Place was very clean and had nice amenities. I would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our long weekend family ski trip. The location is easily walkable to/from the Village Gondola and the surrounding apres ski offerings in the Village area. The snow was a bit slushy and patchy for us to traverse the entire length of the Ski Back Trail on snowboards, but conditions permitting this unit truly is ski in/ski out (or at least ski out).The owners were very responsive and helpful, and gave us really recs for restaurants and things to do. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we had no troubles with the appliances, heating, etc. One thing of note, there is no in-unit washer/dryer and the w/d units on the property were unavailable due to remodeling (as was the community hot tub).We would definitely rent again.

Great Snow Trip!

Clean and comfortable condo with easy access to Village and Gondola. Didn't need a vehicle during the stay, which was great because it snowed all weekend. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Great trip!

Fantastic Location

Perfect location for a great Mammoth getaway! The owner was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. Condo is as pictured and a great place to stay being so close to the Village and only a gondola ride from Canyon Lodge.

We have many guests that have become friends and come every year and we tend to fill the dates we are not there ourselves fairly quick. We block half the time for ourselves and can often adjust dates if you ask. We actually prefer to leave a lot of days open so it is less wear and tear on our home. Larry and Jeanne

We love this place. Stay here as often as we can. Owners are great and always willing to work with us. You wont find a better location or cleaner place to stay. I recommend this condo over others.

A great time in the mountains!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is super clean, and all features/amenities are there as advertised. Larry was very welcoming and provided some great recommendations for hikes and other activities to do in the area. Would definitely come again!

I have been travelling to Mammoth since high school! Both my wife and I love to ski and we are avid outdoors people. We travel to ski in the winter and the beach in the summer.
We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We think it is the best location in Mammoth. Closest to the Village without all the noise.
We looked at buying several locations. We chose this condo because we love this location. Away from the Village noise, being able to walk everywhere.
We also like the smaller complex (only 47 units ) and it is well managed, quiet and clean!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

A unique location central to everything. We park right at our front door and never have to drive. The ski/bike back trail takes us almost to our door. The village is across the street where the Gondola is located. The market, restaurants, night life, transportation is all right there.
The Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna were all recently redone. We are on the quieter end of the complex close to the Village Bridge and Ski/Bike Back Trail.
