This was one of the cleanest most well stocked places I've ever stayed. It was also a more spacious place than I thought. There is a small grocery store about 50 steps up the street, a beautiful road to walk your dog on, a big kitchen, 2 great bathrooms, HEATED FLOORS!. There were bandaid, nail polish remover, dog dishes, tons of stuff that came in handy. We loved it.

Everything was wonderful. The place has a great view of the Albion Bridge. Loved that it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would have been even better if it had a fireplace and hot tub. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

A lovely place to stay with lots of room, a wonderful view, all the amenities, and a great location. Alison provided great communication and all the instructions to find the house, how to get in, and how to close it up. Would absolutely stay again.

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was such a cute space, very clean and well appointed. The view was spectacular, the grounds/landscaping was beautiful. We were travelling to spend some time in the Mendocino area and at first I was hesitant because it’s a bit out of town, but that worry proved to be unfounded. It was a very short drive to town, plus we even were able to enjoy some things Albion had to offer as well as cruising up and down the coast to check out various local places of interest. Our host Allison was a great communicator, and was always prompt to respond. We enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to return soon.

Great place to stay...

Could not have been better. The location is beautiful, very easy to access and the owner did everything to make our stay pleasant. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Mendocino county. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

Very enjoyable house with great kitchen and communal living space. The floor in the upstairs bedroom could use a little work, but overall was part of the charm
