The house and property are great. The communication between the people who answer the phone when we called with a problem and the cleaning staff is not good. However the ability of the people who answer the phone to resolve difficulties (even late in the evening) was very good. The grounds are beautiful, the house is well equipped and very comfortable, and the drive to Mendocino is short.

We were two couples traveling down the coast of California! This was a great place for two of the nights. The beds were comfy !Quiet place to relax too !Close to all we wanted to explore.

We had a lovely week of just existing in this beautiful space. It felt like staying in the home of a good friend. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. Surrounded by the woods, the beautiful art on the walls, and special features to enjoy, like the hammock, the fire pit, and lofted spaces throughout the home. We cooked in the cozy kitchen, played a lot of corn hole, hot tubbed, made smores, read books in the living room and on the deck, and easily made it to town in just a couple minutes. Having the laundry room available was great! Super clean, comfy beds and a great space for our tween daughter to explore- kids this age will love climbing up into the loft to watch a movie and exploring the yard. Will definitely return!

Everything was as advertised and more. Extremely clean, very clear and correct instructions for checking in. Excellent location, very quiet and private. We had an absolute wonderful time and would highly recommend this location.

We loved this place, and wish we could have stayed longer. The outdoors blend with the indoors so well. Every room has vivid nature views. The pillows, beds, and towels were such high quality. A fox trotted by one morning. We were only 4, but there were beds for a few more people. The only thing that was a nuisance were the mosquitoes. They were out all day and night, which made us want to stay inside. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there were already a bunch in the house, so, despite our efforts to never leave the doors open, a couple of us had a bunch of bites. Not being from the area, I'm not sure what pest control would be needed to limit the mosquitoes (if anything), but the experience would be 100/100 if the mosquitoes didn't exist in and around the home.

Great property!

We plan on staying there again. Great property with lots to do (hot tub, corn hole). Only downside was the mosquitoes!
