Per coloro che amano indugiare un po 'il giorno della partenza, abbiamo un checkout successivo di 11 invece di 10, ma abbiamo dovuto cambiare il check-in fino alle 16:00 per soddisfare il programma di pulizia per farlo. Se arrivi in anticipo, ti suggerisco di controllare il tuo posto e se è pronto e pulito, puoi andare avanti, non possiamo assicurarlo.

Nella serenità dei pini che si affaccia sul fiume Trota Fraser .. La "Grotta" recentemente ristrutturata è una sistemazione di prima classe che contribuirà a rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile.
Mia moglie ha insistito per costruire un arco in pietra e aveva ragione (lì, l'ho detto). La cucina in granito e inox con elettrodomestici piacevoli e il vero lavoro in pietra ti aiuta a sentirti comodo e sicuro. Le porte e le finiture Full Solid sono extra che sono sottili ma indulgenti. Il bagno Tile e i pavimenti in legno massello lo mantengono pulito dallo sporco della moquette .: Nuove finestre, vernice esterna estetica e porte a battente. C'è anche un romantico camino a legna se lo desideri. Rendi questo 'il tuo posto anche': abbiamo molti ospiti abituali.
NAVETTA PER SCI GRATUITA - proprio fuori, a pochi minuti dal resort - abbandonare le seccature del parcheggio. I mattinieri possono partire presto per ottenere le "Prime tracce" ed essere accompagnati dalla banda più tardi, basta collegarsi usando i telefoni cellulari.

Utilizzo di Rec Center, soggetto all'immissione della chiave magnetica ... Il nuovo sistema ci richiede di addebitare $ 50 in caso di sostituzione della chiave magnetica. È un RFID ed è costoso da sostituire in caso di smarrimento. Si disattiverà ed è inutile in caso di smarrimento.

Great location

This small but modern condo was a great month long stay. Unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fraser River is right in front with bike path to Fraser out the door. Bike trails can be accessed from the parking lot. Best part is that my dog could stay with me!

Wonderful Little Condo in the Woods

Wonderful little comfy condo close to everything in and around Winter Park. There is so much to do and see in the summer months in Colorado. Quiet, picturesque location -- you can hear the river and see a snow-capped mountain right outside the front door. Perfect size for two (not too big, not too small). Parking aplenty. Friendly neighbors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to eat in, if you choose. although there are many great dining options in Winter Park. Communication with the owner was easy, and he was very responsive. Thank you for a great week Jason -- we would love to visit again.

Perfect. Great Winter Park retreat.

Winter Park is one of my favorite places to visit and I have stayed in many rentals in the area. This condo is as advertised-very clean, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. I enjoyed hearing the river and humming birds in the background of an otherwise very quiet and peaceful setting. I have recommended this property to friends who prefer to travel with their dog. Great value! I plan to return in the near future.

Great condo in great location

Hi Country Haus

Clean and comfortable room. Adequate parking and handy bus access to Winter Park Ski area. Some great restaurants close to condo.

This is like having my own little castle

What a well done place. Everything is high end..We noticed the hand rubbed oil doors and venetian plaster walls. Hardwood, stainless, and Marriott King bed. Making meals saved us from the expense of restaurants for every meal. So much better than a hotel.!

Perfect property

Stayed for 5 days, had a great time. Condo perfect, everything was clean and very comfortable, very well equipped. Would highly recommend for a stay, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Colorado again. Communication was excellent, recreation centre ia fantastic.

Great

We loved this place! It was just perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and more the upgrades were great. Will definitely stay here again. The high end applicance, towels, matteress, wifi, just everything. I would live here. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nor a place I would return to

This is a VERY SMALL place and despite the nice photo of the kitchen- it is VERY SMALL, dark and hard to use unless your only cooking is microwaving a burrito. We (a couple, kid free for 3 days) rented this with hope of cooking in as we do not have any favorite restaurants in Winter Park. Very difficult, and NO DINING ROOM TABLE, just a small bar to accommodate I adult. Further insult was the directions to not take a bubble bath, an indulgence I enjoy after a long day of biking or hiking. I have rented many properties in Winter Park over the years and sadly, this is at the bottom of the list.

Cozy Winter Park Retreat

My wife, our newborn, and our dog stayed 5 nights here and this place completely out did our expectations. The owner went above and beyond to make sure the condo was clean before our arrival on short notice. The location is awesome (close to town for restaurants and events) and close to Hiking/ Mountain biking trails. The new rec. center is open and great as well. As for the Condo, it had a very functional layout, great furniture, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, and an overall great feel to it. The TV, cable, and DVD set-up was easy to figure out, but the owner also gave detailed instructions in case you need assistance. The folks in the building know the owner and are quite friendly. I would highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again in the future. (as far as capacity goes I think it would be comfortable for 1 couple and 2 kids, but could be stretched to 2 couples if privacy is not essential)

Great getaway

The condo I'd beautiful and modern with everything you need. This was a quick getaway for us to get out of town and be right in the heart of great hiking, biking , and anything else you would like to do outside. After a long day of hiking we were able to relax in the hot tub we had all to ourselves and go back to the condo to cook great meals in a lovely kitchen. It was perfect to cozy up for the nigh! A big plus is that the bed is tempupedic which in my experience rentals seem to not splurge in this level of comfort!!! It's great!

Nice place

We had a nice stay, place is newly renovated so it is very cozy and clean. Sits just outside of Winter Park so everything is still very convenient. We would recommend it to any individual or couple looking to just relax somewhere in the mountains.

Awesome Condo close to everything!

Jasen was very responsive and provided great instructions making the entire process smooth. The condo is in an excellent location close to Winter Park Resort and convenient to the town. Clean and Cozy

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. A bit snug for two adults and two teens, but the layout and function was impressive. We appreciated the responsiveness of the owner and convenience to the slopes!

A little Skiing anyone? We love this as a base for Mary Jane skiing ( and Winter Park) and for Mt Biking . This place really rocks in the summer too- one of our favorites, while everyone is boiling down on the flatlands. Don't forget Leaf Season in September and October probably the best value going for hunters. Nancy is invovlved with a medical business and Jasen flies for United Airlines . He handles most of the bookings so email is better since he may have his cellphone off during flight.
