The owners appreciate your review (4 out of 5 stars). We respond to inquiries within 24 hours, on average within a few hours. According to Google Maps, our home is just over 30 miles from Asheville. Our home offers many amenities such as Direct TV, Wi-Fi, and a wrap-around porch with spectacular views. But, there is no trash pick-up within our secluded, gated community by choice. Trash must be removed by the renter. This is in the Rental Rules which each renter receives prior to their arrival. Directions to and hours for the local Waste Collection Facility are provided upon booking.

In regard to the amenity starter kit, we disclose that it is only intended to get you started and help you transition into your vacation upon check-in. We also outline what is included and mention that you'll most likely need to pack or pick up additional supplies for your stay depending on group size and length of stay. I am pleased to share that we are in the process of upgrading those amenity kits and are excited to share them with guests in the upcoming months.
