Gulf Breeze Inn - Relax totale!

Deliziosa proprietà sulla spiaggia. A pochi passi dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca senza strade da attraversare. Goditi il surf, il paddle boarding, la pesca o semplicemente rilassati e guarda i tramonti più belli che puoi immaginare.

La proprietà è stata completamente rinnovata. Nuove cucine, bagni, arredi e dipinti di fresco dentro e fuori. La posizione è a pochi passi dai ristoranti più famosi. La fermata del tram pubblico si trova di fronte alla struttura e consente di visitare facilmente Clearwater Beach a St. Pietroburgo senza il fastidio di guidare e parcheggiare. Indian Rocks Beach è una comunità balneare così tranquilla. Non appena arrivi non puoi fare a meno di sentire tutti i tuoi stress allontanarsi. L'acqua, il sole, lunghe passeggiate nella sabbia bianca e terminano la giornata guardando lo splendido tramonto.

Great beach cottage steps from the Gulf!

Perfect little beach cottage just steps away from the Gulf and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Cottage offered everything that we needed to relax on the beach. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Ultimate relaxation!

We had a long weekend getaway and enjoyed every minute. From the beautiful walks on the beach to the delicious local fare, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The Gulf Breeze Inn was a quaint and charming little bungalow with everything we needed!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Only a very short walk to the beach!!! Great location, price and communication. Beautiful place and nicely decorated. Designated parking spot! Had everything on site and available if needed for the beach that we could have wanted…towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, sunscreen and even after sun aloe gel. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking and refrigeration. Would definitely stay here again!!

Atmosphere

This place was great. We could see part of the beach from our upstairs window. The walk to the beach was short. The interior was perfectly beachy. The place was clean and well kept. The location is off the beaten path. Even though there was a major road, it was quiet in the evening. Being very familiar with the area helped as I knew where to go for just the right stuff. Definitely do this again.

Had a great stay at this property with my spouse. Very quant and quiet area perfect for a relaxing getaway. Property was clean and organized. The fact that the property had beach towels/ chairs/ umbrella made our stay even better. Very short walk to the beach and pleanty of great dining in the area.

Such a great place! Location is ideal for enjoying the beach. It's a quick walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Listing and photos are accurate. It's clean and cozy with adorable decor. I really appreciate having a designated parking spot!Host was responsive, gracious, and gave clear instructions to make this a seamless, stress free stay. Highly recommend!

This was such a cute place, in an amazing location. The bed was incredibly comfy, and even the sheets and pillows were cozy and smelled lovely. There were extras of everything that a person might need, and beach supplies available in a closet. The beach chair and bag were very nice to have for a relaxing day out! It had a full fridge/freezer, small oven/stove, Keurig and Roku TVs in both rooms. The temperature can be controlled in each room also, which is a nice bonus. The owner and property manager were both very responsive and helpful. Opening the door, you look right out on the beach. There are a couple of chairs in a private area in the back, however there was no shade or table (there is a big chest full of all kinds of fun beach toys though); so I just sat on the stairs/doorway area if I wanted a minute outside without being in the sun. I would definitely recommend Gulf Breeze Inn, and will absolutely stay here again if I get the chance. I didn't want to leave.

Indian Rocks Beach Getaway!

First off i would like to say thank you to Miss Betty. My girlfriend and i stayed at the Gulf Breeze inn for 3 days. It was everything and more than i had hoped for! Our room was perfect. Nice clean and tidy. Very nice to be able to just walk straight out of the room just a few feet from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance which made it very nice. I will be coming back to Indian Rocks in the near future and hope to be able to get the very same room my girlfriend and i stayed in. Thanks again Betty!

Cute cottage by the beach

We loved our little cottage. Everything we needed was there (except a dish rack),this included really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was only steps to a really nice beach and a huge plus was my friend teaches yoga right there on the beach. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well. The only thing I was disappointed with is you could not open the windows. It was not real hot and I would have preferred that over A/C. Really just a personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice stay

Property manager promptly addressed issues we found during our stay (burnout bulb and broken hot water heater). Location was convenient. Free parking, (though spots were a little short for a minivan or large SUV). Bed was comfortable. We didnt use the beach stuff, (weather in 50s), but chairs, wagon, towels were available. Good for a couple; seemed like it would be hard to move around if we had had to use the sofa bed.

Born and raised in FLorida and never dreamed I would be lucky enough to own a piece of paradise like the Gulf Breeze Inn. When I bought the property I spend six months renovating the entire property. I wanted guests to be able to relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach and stay in a totally updated apartment with all the modern amenities .
I raised my three daughters in Florida and now have four amazing grandchildren. Whenever possible we all love to spend time together at the Inn.

This property has the "Old FLorida" feel and you are just steps from the beautiful white sand. There are tiki huts on the patio to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink after watching the breathtaking sunsets.
