ALLORA BEACH HOUSE !!! Il nostro 4 camere da letto 3 bagno di casa sulla spiaggia può ospitare comodamente 2-12 e si trova proprio sul ponte Seacrest Pool! Proprio così, il tuo cancello privato sulla piscina a più livelli di 13.000 piedi quadrati in stile laguna con cascate e paesaggi acquatici! Nuovo per il 2019 è un tiki bar / ristorante a bordo piscina. Panini freschi di cernia o ragazzi di ostriche in piscina !! Ci sono anche bambini bevande ghiacciate e bevande per adulti. Ci saranno spettacoli dal vivo anche a bordo piscina il venerdì e il sabato pomeriggio. Siamo una delle sole dieci case che siedono proprio sul ponte della piscina con un cancello privato. Tutte le nuove lenzuola e biancheria da letto nel 2018! Posizione, posizione, a piedi dalla spiaggia o prendere il giusto servizio navetta gratuito dalla vostra porta. Cammina fino alla spiaggia di Alys o Rosemary dove troverai tantissimi negozi, caffetterie, enoteche e il famoso negozio di caramelle shack. Nuova "Smart TV" ad alta definizione per il 2018. porta i tuoi account Amazon e Netflix. 4 Cruiser da spiaggia YOLO inclusi. Al primo piano c'è una camera a castello per 4 bambini. Dall'altra parte della sala è una camera matrimoniale. Apri le tue porte posteriori francesi e quelle sul ponte della piscina. Al piano superiore è una suite matrimoniale con bagno completo, balcone, e in tutta la sala è l'enorme suite king con salottino, i suoi e gli armadi, un bagno enorme, balcone con vista sulla piscina laguna.


Passeggiata a negozi, caffetterie, ristoranti, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach. Abbiamo 4 biciclette da spiaggia YOLO, quindi prendi la pista ciclabile fino al famoso lungomare per pranzo o shopping. Seaside è sede di numerose stelle del cinema ed è dove è stato girato il film 'The Truman Show'.

Perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants, beach and steps to the pool! Home was clean, spacious, and just as advertised. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient place for your beach vacation!

We had a great week in one of our fav spots!!! About this great home: location, location, location. Literally steps from the gorgeous resort pool, a few feet from the super convenient, wildly friendly tram service down to the beach AND a super quick, five minute-ish walk to the beach if you happen to not be carrying a million things. Another quick walk leads right to the Pavilion, where there's live music nightly, great food options, and shopping. A bit longer walk or super quick bike ride will get you to Rosemary or Alys. Again, superb location and beautiful, comfortable home. The primary bedroom/en suite is to die for, and the property owner's response time is second to none. Not that we had ANY major issues, but any quick question was met with an even quicker response. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessities, as are the bathrooms, to get your stay started. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location

Beautiful home, great location! Everything was closely located. Made it easy to get to and from the beach and pool areas. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking/ biking distance. We were here for Spring Break. The beach and pool areas were very crowded. I would definitely return but not during spring break.

Clean and luxurious property

House was perfectly located next to the pool. House was very clean. The pool was resort style, very large. Two block walk to beach, however you can take the tram which is amazing. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. All amenities in the home were perfect. Balconies were wonderful to sit out in and relax. We brought our chihuahua and he loved the house and green areas of the property. Having bikes to ride was great although we did not use them. We had a great time and would highly recommend this to anyone as it is in a great location with lots to do.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect but we only got to enjoy it for 2 days before the a/c unit went out. The house never got below 72 degrees the first two days, and by the 3rd day the temperature kept rising. The owner had someone come out late in the day to service the unit then informed us it was taken care of and would be fine, however it was not. By 10:30 the next morning it was already 75 degrees inside the house and I received a text from the owner letting me know someone would be coming to measure the unit. At that time I told him the unit was still not cooling and was told “welcome to Florida…turn on a ceiling fan” which was completely unacceptable and insulting considering the night before it was 80 degrees in the house trying to get showers to go to dinner. We had sweat pouring off our faces and yes, the ceiling fans were on (eye roll). We spent the entire day going back & forth with the owner and eventually was told the unit had to be replaced a”& we could go to another house in Inlet Beach, but would also have to check out 1 day earlier. The new house was nice but we no longer were on 30a where we could walk to everything, we no longer had the tram service to the beach or the lagoon pool right outside our back door and on top of that we lost a day packing and moving from one house to another and would be losing another day because we had to check out a day early. Now we wait on refund which was the right thing to do.

Hello and thank you for the review. Yes, unfortunately the HVAC units go out at the worst times, thats for sure. We did move you to a larger home, closer to the beach as quickly as possible. Not cleaned; nice house & location

We did like the house and location, however were really disappointed with the condition/cleanliness upon arrival. Our first 24 hours were dominated by communicating with owner, meeting with cleaning staff (they cleaned the toilets and delivered a second key that was supposed to be in unit but wasn’t), and doing some cleaning ourselves in order to feel comfortable. The owners ended up crediting us the cleaning fee. We felt a bigger credit was warranted, given we spent our own time dealing with the issues and cleaning ourselves.

Great Location; would rent again.

Homeowner was quick to respond to all questions and requests. Property location is great for the pool (only steps away), access to beach and all shopping we wanted to do. Had a few issues during the stay but owner quickly had issues addressed. Great house. For future visitors; recommend renting beach chairs from Dolce Vita long before you arrive.

Fantastic house and location

This house was spectacular! We had a fabulous stay and loved walking to all the shops and restaurants. The main draw for us was that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. We absolutely loved the access to the pool and that we could call a number and have a golf cart come pick us up and drive us and all our stuff to the beach! The house was very well stocked and even has an air compressor for rafts. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!

Clean and enjoyable location!

We enjoyed our stay! The close access to the pool was a great addition to our beach trip. The alt bikes that came with the home were perfect and we were able to easily get to many attractions around the Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys area. Home was very clean and well decorated!

Amazing Pool Deck House!

Amazing updated house and direct access to the pools! Property close the the main entrance so it's a short walk to the beach (in between two tram stops as well) and the Village Shops. Dog-friendly property and location can't be beat. The Burkes provided great communication and service during the stay. Definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A! We had a great time and the pool deck house was great!

Great, dog-friendly location for the family

Property is literally steps away from the pool and the tram that drops you off at the beach. With small children in tow, this proved to be ideal for us. The house was well kept and had all the amenities you'd expect. Perhaps the only noticeable absence was that of basic household supplies like trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods, which we needed to grab from the local Publix. Considering this is one of the few dog-friendly properties with the location it has, this is definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A!

So convenient to open your living room doors and walk out onto the huge 13,000 sq ft multi level lagoon pool. This pool was featured in Southern Living Magazine recently. Were just a short stroll to the beach but just as important, you can walk next door to all the shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Village where you may see some celebrities such as Faith Hill or Tim Mcgraw or have there vacation home just a few steps away on the beach. One of our favorite things to do is bike to Seaside. The Bike paths that run along 30A go from Rosemary all the way up to Destin. Seaside is just 5 miles up the beach so its a great way to spend the day by biking up there with the family. Seaside is famous for the shooting of the Jim Carrie movie 'The Truman Show'. you may also see Cheryl Crow, Sean Payton of the Saints,Tony Romo of the Cowboys, luke Bryant who all own homes along 30A and frequent many of the restaurants in the area.
