Trout River Retreat has an open-plan living space. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin with en-suite cloakroom, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.4 miles there is a shop, 2.4 miles a pub, and please note, there are no pets and sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Trout River Retreat is a wonderful retreat to Devon. Note: Restricted head height in double bedroom. Note: There is a river that runs through the grounds of this site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is an open-tread spiral staircase to first floor.
