Questa grande casita moderna della metà del secolo si trova nello splendido quartiere Sunmor di Palm Springs. Soffitti alti e pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica in tutto. La cucina completa ha tutto compreso un piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo.
Molte finestre offrono molta luce naturale. Ingresso strada privata su una strada separata dalla casa principale. La casita ha il suo cortile privato; separato dalla casa principale.
C'è una bella piscina a forma di cuore nel cortile principale, che è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. La piscina è privata e riscaldata

Absolutely incredible property! This is everything a vacation rental should be. Clean, private, affordable, with impeccable interior design. It was 110 degrees when we were there but the pool was the perfect temperature with rotating shade throughout the day. I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Great private spot for PS getaway

Property was exactly as advertised, and even nicer than expected. Check in process was seamless, and off street parking was a plus. Unit was very private and the pool and related grounds were also private. Kitchen was well stocked and host was super responsive. All around great stay!

Magic weekend at the best place in Palm Springs

The property is absolutely perfect for 2 guests potentially 3. All of the amenities you would need to have a relaxing and magical, private and extremely comfortable getaway. Would definitely book again and highly recommend

Such a relaxing place. We stayed here the whole time and didn’t leave. Pool, hot tub, AC, grill, TV…what else do you need? Loved it.

We did have some airport nice each day early in the morning and early evening, but it didn't last very long. We did know that we were going to be close to the airport.

Robert’s place is incredible. Clean, well-decorated, comfortable. The amenities are great — pool was wonderful. Awesome to wake up to hummingbirds zipping around. Wish we could have stayed more than one night!! We’ll be back!

Awesome!!

We always have a great time in Palm Springs but somehow this place made it even better. The grounds are beautifully kept, pool is super clean, and private. The interior has a great vibe as well. We’re already booking our next year’s vacation here.

Perfect Oasis

This property was the perfect weekend getaway! It’s cozy, private, and just the right size for a couple. The bed was super comfortable, and the walkable neighborhood was great for our pup. We even spent an entire day just relaxing at home and cooking, and it still felt like a true vacation. Best of all—we got engaged on the property! It made an already amazing stay absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and maybe even make some lasting memories.

Three day break

I’m very happy I discovered this place. It’s the cleanest, most well organized and comfortable vrbo I’ve stayed in. Anyone looking to rent their space should look and learn how to do it. Added touches.

One of the best get aways we have had. Loved the decor, very classy especially the vintage touches. I wish I had taken some photos. Loved the pool and used it both days we were there. They left a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses in the refrigerator for us to find when we arrived. Robert had emailed directions and the gate and door codes so we had immediate access when we arrived. No waiting in line or noisy crowds. There were large beach towels for the pool or jacuzzi. We took advantage of the jacuzzi on our last night. The bed was so comfortable never slept

Palm Springs Long Weekend

I am a Real Estate Broker. I would be pleased to assist you with any questions that you may have in regards to properties in the area.
Live here with my two Irish Setters. They are very gentle and sweet. They do not have access to any of the guest areas.

Guest house was built for Elizabeth Taylor and Eva Gabor that came to visit the second home owner. It is very spacious and has the same Mid-Century Modern architectural style as the main house.
The neighborhood is a time warp from the 1950's and 1960's. It has been beautifully restored.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (I had a restaurant so I know what that means). Very spacious property both inside and outside. Private yard with private entrance from the street.
Property is fully fenced and designed to offer you maximum privacy. Enter through an electronic gate and enter your private oasis.
