Casa Zacapa (Rum House) perfetta per famiglie e coppie. Situato al largo della Leeward Highway, all'estremità orientale dell'isola, con una vista a 180 gradi sull'Oceano Atlantico.

Completato nel 2014, offre tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza eccezionale con amici e familiari.

Costruito su un unico livello, ha oltre 3000 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo interno, questo è distribuito su 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni ensuites. Cucina completamente attrezzata, lavanderia completa, 2 TV a grande schermo e una più piccola. WI-FI in tutto. Casa Zacapa è inoltre completamente attrezzata con un sistema di allarme di sicurezza e cancello anteriore privato.

La villa è stata progettata e costruita per vivere e godersi la vita all'aperto. La piscina a sfioro si affaccia sull'Oceano Atlantico. Goditi la cabana all'aperto con un grande dispositivo di raffreddamento della birra, posti a sedere all'aperto e sedie a sdraio sul patio. Facile accesso all'oceano dalla casa.

Quando non hai voglia di cucinare, Casa Zacapa viene consegnato con un buono regalo al ristorante Hemingway, situato a breve distanza in auto dal Sands Resort. Servizio di chef disponibile su richiesta.

Provo Golf club è a soli 2 miglia di distanza ed è un corso certificato PGA. Ci sono molti bar e hotel nelle vicinanze ... niente è più di un viaggio in auto 5-10 minuti.

La villa può ospitare fino a 8 persone suddivise in 3 camere da letto. Camera da letto 1 - 1 x King, camera da letto 2 - 1 x King, camera da letto 3 - 2 letti singoli, uno dei quali è un letto di macchina da corsa. C'è anche un divano letto.

Una villa esclusiva e privata che è tranquilla e serena durante il giorno in modo che tutti possano rilassarsi, con l'ulteriore vantaggio di solo una breve distanza in auto dalle attrazioni locali e dalla spiaggia di Grace Bay.

This place is incredible! Terry and Dwayna were more than helpful and kind enough to have us cold beer, fresh fruit, and cold water waiting for us! Check in was simple, the view was to die for, easy to find with given directions, and easy to get in touch with! I will recommend Casa Zacapa to anyone!

We stayed at the house in January for a long weekend and it was perfection. The hosts were so welcoming and the views were pure perfection. House comes fully equipped with extras and would definitely stay again. Loved Turks!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Our favorite parts were the absolutely breathtaking views from several rooms, spacious layout affording plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out, and easy communication with the host, who even arranged for a dinner on the beach at Hemingways to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. We took daily day trips to various beach locations around the island and the only thing I would recommend would be to provide beach umbrellas to go with the chairs for guests to use. All in all a wonderful experience!

This stay was OUTSTANDING! So good that I will definitely be going back! Our host went above and beyond! He scheduled us a private dinner on the beach for my 50th birthday that was breathtaking! Not to mention the food was 5 stars!

Beautiful place

Super tranquil with an amazing view incredible place to stay with a family. We enjoy the entire place from Pool to paddleboard to even going to the restaurant at Terry 's, which was incredible.

We had an outstanding time at the property. The view is out of this world. The blue water is just crazy and sitting in the pool overlooking the water is amazing. The house was very clean and you have a full kitchen for easy cooking. We will definitely be coming back.

Great home with beautiful views

Terry’s place was perfectly set up for our party of three. Check in and out were easy; views from the pool were perfect, and sunset dinner at his restaurant was a perfect way to cap off the week. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful villa in a great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The villa is very comfortable and the view of Long Bay is fantastic. Terry and Dwayna are very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Our host was excellent and extremely helpful in so many ways. He helped us with excursions, dinners, and car rentals! The house itself was perfect for my family of 6 3 teen girls and a young boy. They loved the paddle boarding and pool during the day. My only comment is there’s no full length mirror- with three teen girls that would have been nice! Other than that it was perfect for us. Thank you so much!!

Amazing Stay With a View

This property was incredible. The view from the back patio is absolutely incredible! Host and others that helped us during our stay were so kind and hospitable. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay on this beautiful island! Would return to this house with out hesitation.

The house is fantastic and has the most gorgeous views of the turquoise waters. Will definitely be recommending this property to friends. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful relaxing setting

Everything was amazing! Beautiful views, super relaxing pool. Loved watching sunrise every morning from the back deck. Easy communication with Terry and Dwayna. Dined at Hemingways with the generous gift card and watched the sunset from the beach. Absolute paradise.
