Winter getaway!

Beautiful and wellMaintained condo! Kitchen had more than enough dishes and cookware for 4 people. Too cold to use outdoor amenities but heated indoor pool was great! We gave stayed at Diamond beach before! Will be coming back!

Wonderful stay

We loved the condo and the location. Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the am and drinks in the pm. Loved the access to the beach for walks at dusk. The lazy river was amazing. We had a very enjoyable stay and if we are ever back in that area. We would book again.

Nice place. Condo was clean except black mold from the air conditioner dripping into the bathroom and sliding door impossible to open. Asked management company to come fix and clean with no response. Needs some tlc. Game room had broken games…needs repairing. We will visit resort again but probably not this condo due to issues. Beach wasn’t clean either. Kids loved the lazy river and pools! Tiles were falling off of spillovers between pools and cut hiney sliding over. Also ran out of parking so we were told to park in the back. Got a ticket. Elevators were nice and fast!

Would definitely stay here again

The condo was clean, with all of the necessities. Atmosphere of the building was quiet and beautiful. We went in mid-May to avoid crowds and were fortunate to enjoy the pool and lazy river with very few others around. Easy walk to the sea wall and drive to the main attractions, yet not located in the busyness of the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo is clean, well appointed and very comfortable. There is a beautiful view from the balcony of the lazy river and the ocean. The grounds are beautiful! So many fun options. The lazy river is really nice and the pools are amazing. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool too. We will definitely return!

Very nice unit

This unit was very nice. It was clean and it felt very spacious for its size. It’s on the 4th floor which allowed for really quick access to the game room and the workout room. Everything was really great!

Amazing property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The furnishings are beautiful. The property is so nice you feel like you are at a 5 star resort! All of the amenities are awesome. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the balcony was nice and big. The entire condo is really large which is fantastic. Bed is very comfortable. Love the washer/dryer! We definitely will be back.

Room was ok....good fir close to services and pool, etc....issues of clean....large yellow stain on the pullout sofa bed, lots of pillows butno cases and many of the pillows were stained and dirty , one pillow had a blood stain on the corner...so bring your own pillows

December visit

We found the condo welcoming, modern and up to date. The kitchen was very functional and we used it to our advantage. The WiFi was great. The bedroom and living room are spacious. As far as TV 's, the living room was hard to operate and had poor sound. We couldn't get the bedroom TV to work at all. Washer and dryer were great. Great location. On the beach. We used the fitness center daily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Little To No Customer Service

The Diamond Beach resort was beautiful. However, our experience with the concierge team and the disconnect between them and the management company for the unit made it very hard to resolve some of the issues we had upon first checking in. There was an issue with the hot water and rather than sending someone to help us figure out what the problem was, they directed us first to “run the water for a half hour and it should heat up” and then when that didn’t work shifted the responsibility over to the management company. The management company, Vacasa, was completely unhelpful and not able to get somebody to the unit until halfway through our second and final day of our weekend stay. I recommend the Hamiltons find a different company to represent their interests at Diamond Beach. I would not recommend booking this particular unit or anything else managed by Vacasa.

Good and bad.

Overall, it's a decent place. The resort itself is excellent. This particular condo was decent. Nice furnishings; comfy couch. Chairs on the balcony are very comfortable. The pool and lazy river are the highlight. Not one negative thing to say about that. We had to hand-wash some dishes before use. No big deal. The bathroom needs to be updated. Big climb in and out of the tub...easy for someone a bit older or unsteady to slip. Towels were good. Bed was super hard and super uncomfortable. And, the pillows were the worst. They even had about 10 extras in the closet; all terrible. Nice TVs, though some instructions would be helpful. We could never get the TV in the bedroom to work. Based on other reviews I can tell I'm not the only one! Kitchen had everything you might need, but no more. No condiments, other than salr/pepper and a couple spices. We have stayed at Diamond Beach several times. This condo is ok; it's just our least favorite.
