Benvenuti nel nostro accogliente rifugio! La nostra casa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova nel cuore di Sunriver (Cerchio 1) con facile accesso al villaggio, al Sunriver Lodge, al golf, allo SHARC, alle piste ciclabili e alla Sage Springs Spa. Offriamo 6 pass per il parco acquatico SHARC ad uso illimitato gratuiti da utilizzare durante la tua visita.

La nostra casa confortevole dispone di un camino a gas nella zona giorno aperta sulla cucina e sulla sala da pranzo. La cucina è ampiamente fornita di tutti i comfort e il bar per la colazione offre uno spazio piacevole da visitare mentre si cucina. Il grande tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone e abbiamo un seggiolone per il più piccolo del tuo gruppo.

Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici, audio surround, cavo digitale, DVD, dock per iPod e WiFi gratuito. Abbiamo anche 4 biciclette e un barbecue all'aperto con mobili da giardino per godersi le serate sul ponte. Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio privata e goditi le stelle!

Abbiamo fornito molti libri sia per bambini che per adulti, oltre a una vasta selezione di film e giochi per famiglie. Il nostro circuito silenzioso è il luogo ideale per i bambini che vanno in bicicletta in giro!

Entrambe le camere sono dotate di letti queen size molto comodi e comò di grandi dimensioni per offrire un sacco di spazio di archiviazione, in modo da poter disimballare e rilassarsi. Il master ha il proprio bagno e TV a schermo piatto. Il divano si ripiega anche per un ulteriore spazio per dormire. Abbiamo anche una culla portatile per neonati e bambini.
Abbiamo annesso un parcheggio coperto per tenere a bada la neve durante il vostro soggiorno.
Sunriver è un'atmosfera molto rilassante, ma ci sono attività disponibili tutto il giorno! Puoi giocare a golf, nuotare, andare in bicicletta, giocare a tennis, fare shopping, cenare, fare passeggiate alla ricerca della fauna selvatica locale e molto altro ancora. Mt. Bachelor è a 25 minuti d'auto e Bend è a circa 20 minuti di distanza. C'è così tanto da fare, vorrai prolungare il tuo soggiorno!

Il codice chiave personale viene inviato via e-mail una o due settimane prima dell'arrivo. Ci piace offrire il check-out posticipato quando possibile. L'orario di check-in regolare è alle 16:00 e il check out è alle 11:00.

Annual family vacay

The location was the best part of our stay!The house wasn’t cleaned well, there were only two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, no washcloths, the showers were ridiculously small and the show curtains didn’t stop any water from coming out on to the floor.The ‘AC’ was a wall unit thing that absolutely didn’t cool anything down so it should not post that there was AC in the house…

Great spot!

The house had everything we needed for our ski weekend. The layout was open and cozy. Small details included hooks to hang towels on, chargers by the beds, and blinds that worked well. Close walk to the Village and Lodge.

Great location near Village and Great Hall

This was a perfect spot to accommodate a brief work trip - easy walking distance to the Village shops/food/etc and a short (walkable) distance to activities at the Great Hall and Lodge. All amenities were as advertised. Check-in/check-out was simple and easy!

The property was true to the ad. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to relax and recharge. Loved that it was a five minute walk to the shopping village.

The location was fabulous - walking distance to the Lodge, the Village, SHARC, etc. The house was cozy, comfortable and well equiped. Our only complaint was that the matresses were not very comfortable...

Great Family Vacation

This home was GREAT!! we came to Sunriver for 4 day with a family of 4 (2 girls 7 & 11). The home was well stocked with everything we needed! We went to SHARC everyday with the passes provided in the home. It was a very short walk to the town center. The only downfall is the air conditioner does not keep up with the home. It got hot around 2 pm... it was nice out so we were able to hang outside and the home had fans to run at night time.

One of our favorite Sunriver vacation homes so far!

We loved this Sunriver vacation home. We came with our two little kids who loved playing on the deck and in the dirt out back. There was plenty of room for our 4 person family and could have fit two more comfortably. You can't beat the location right across from the village and market. It was only like a 5 min walk to the village with a bike/walking trail right outside the house. This house was also great because it came with sharc passes, bikes that are in great shape, and a hot tub which was a bonus. We enjoyed just hanging out on the back deck surrounded by trees. We also got to know a very nice neighbor who let us borrow their bike trailer for our kids to ride in. We'd definitely rent this vacation home again.

Needs updating

There are pros and cons with this Sunriver rental. By far the best feature is the location. It is quiet, woodsy, and within a few minutes' walk of the village. It could not be in a more ideal spot. The hot tub is also very nice. It's a nice temperature, roomy, and easy to use. However, we were disappointed with the overall appearance of the unit, which needs updating. There were burned out lightbulbs in two rooms, a broken lamp in the corner of a bedroom, a closet door that got stuck every time you closed it, and a heavy sliding door to the patio that was very difficult to open or close. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was so flimsy that it billowed inward and made it difficult to shower in what was an extremely small shower. Our biggest disappointment was the gas fireplace, which did not work. The weather was cold while we were there and the fireplace was one reason we chose this house. The directions were unclear, and when we couldn't get it to work I called the owner. She emailed me the same instructions, and didn't respond the second time when we told her it still didn't work. The house was fairly clean, but when we went to put our sheets in the washer on the day we left we found it full of wet towels that had been there for at least the three days we were there. Since we stayed there on a holiday weekend, we paid a high rate, which was too much for this level of quality. This unit meets basic needs, but don't expect luxury or up-to-date furnishings.

Surprised and shocked

I read all the previous reviews and was worried. One person complained there was no A/C or fans. I saw complaints about the BBQ and appliances and cleanliness. To be certain, this is a cabin, not a mansion. It’s in great shape relative to other sunriver places. The unit had a few cobwebs up high but nothing gross or ugly! They had a NEW bbq on site. The thing was amazing. Had I known, I would have planned more grilled meals. They had a portable A/C system in the home, the first time I’ve had A/C in sunriver. They had many available fans. Tons of pillows and blankets and towels. Good quality too! New appliances throughout. Great cable and internet. The bikes were great. Location was great. Less desireable: The hot tub was a bit funky. I saw it was serviced the week before but was it a bromine or salt water? Water was a bit yellow, but that’s the fault of the contracted pool guy. You can tell guests had been very hard on it, at no fault to the owner. The weather: obviously not the owners control but plan your summertime trip expecting smoky air and wildfires nearby. This is our new world. It closed the SHARC sporadically. The owners tv and internet was a great fallback. Thank God for a cozy fun place. Feedback: GREAT owners! Thank you. Maybe add a video game system, outdoor toys (water guns?), or basketball hoop - just cause the weather and wildfires won’t always cooperate.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time! The house was cozy. We went for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to fix our meal. The hot tub was perfect and clean. The fireplace wasn’t working but that was fine. The beds were super comfortable! The house is close to the village. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Great house for a visit to sunriver that is quiet but still close to the village.

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Spacious hot tub was an added bonus.

We love our Sunriver home. It has been such a fun place to build family memories all year long! When the girls were little, we had breakfast with Santa, a visit from an elf, and a sleigh ride in the winter and they loved to bike, ride horses, and play in the pool in the summer. Now that they're older, they still love all of those things as well as being able to explore Sunriver on their own. We always have a great time when we stay at our little retreat!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love the weather in Central Oregon- snowy during the winter and sunny in the summer. We rarely see the rain we get in the valley. Sunriver is quiet, but has a lot of activities to offer. I feel truly rested when we return from a trip to our Sunriver home.

Our family loves to go to Mt Bachelor in the wintertime for skiing and sledding. Sunriver has a ton of fun family activities during the winter Traditions schedule. We also love the biking, pony rides, golf, restaurants, music, etc. Sunriver is definitely our happy place!
