Questa casa squisita è privata ma a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. È più noto per il suo ampio portico anteriore con due porte del garage in vetro che si aprono su cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Questa caratteristica unica porta l'esterno in - le aree soggiorno / pranzo / cucina aperte scorrono senza interruzioni sul portico dove la brezza marina è un invito al relax e alle riunioni di famiglia !! Il ristorante e i negozi di Folly sono raggiungibili a piedi e puoi anche esplorare il bellissimo centro storico di Charleston, a soli 8 km di distanza.
Questa casa ben arredata offre alloggio per otto ospiti con due camere da letto con bagno en-suite con cabina doccia in travertino, un terzo bagno completo con doccia / vasca, una camera da letto più piccola a castello, e divano letto nel soggiorno. Inoltre è incluso un grande capacità lavatrice e asciugatrice e ferro e asse da stiro.
La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di elettrodomestici JennAir e KitchenAid in acciaio, controsoffitti in pietra serena e illuminazione in vetro di Murano.
Pavimenti antichi in legno di pino cembro, soffitti alti 10 piedi con soffitto a volta da 15 piedi nella sala da pranzo / angolo cottura, e la parete delle porte del garage in vetro rendono la casa fresca, luminosa e ariosa.

Fabulous location in Folly

The house is comfortable and clean, and it’s perfect for families. It is located only two blocks from the beach and restaurants/shops. A couple of blocks in the other direction is a fun pirate themed playground. Everything is an easy walk, and there is a beach wagon, towels. and toys to use. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and using the outdoor shower after the beach. The host is very responsive and kind. Thank you for a great stay!

What a fun and cozy home! The house is located so close to shops and restaurants which made it even better. Beach access is right in front of the house and only a short walk. Will definitely book again!

Cute cottage close to beach

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Valerie was super quick to get back when we had any questions. I loved that everything we needed for the beach was there - chairs, wagon, and toys. That was super helpful. Tej cottage is a few minutes walk from town, the beach, and a cute little pirate playground. We would totally stay again.

Amazing place!

Family-friendly and perfect for our last-minute escape, we felt right at home. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Of all the places we've stayed, this is by far my favorite. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our 6th year anniversary here! The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. By the way, my daughter loved the toys and books y'all have there.

Relaxing Folly Getaway

Beautifully appointed, and perfectly located - this home made our stay at Folly over a long weekend. The front porch and garage style doors let the outside in...something truly special. The homeowner Val was very easy to work with and super responsive. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect Folly Location

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed on Folly! 2 blocks away from the center of town, Bert's and the beach, you couldn't ask for a better location on the island. The house is as beautiful as it is in the photos, and the owner was a breeze to communicate with. For a small group, you couldn't do much better than Sweetgrass!

Great spot to enjoy Folly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweetgrass Cottage! The living area, bedrooms & kitchen were comfortable & well stocked. It was so helpful to have towels, chairs & wagon available for the beach. The things that make this property really special are the garage doors onto the porch - awesome! - and the location. It's just a few blocks to downtown and the beach. This home was perfect for our Folly Beach vacation!

Perfect location

This listing was absolutely perfectly placed in Folly. Easy walking distance to the beach, downtown area, and Bert's Market, which has many essentials a group would need for their stay. We stayed on the amazing porch almost exclusively while at the house, which was very clean upon check-in. I can't recommend this listing enough!

YaYa's girls trip!

We absolutely loved the house. The garage doors were a hit. They really opened up the rooms. If we ever come back to Folly Beach, we will definitely rent again. Close to everything! The house had everything we needed.

Great place in Folly!

We had a great week in Folly and at this home. Everything was perfect. The only exception was the porch screens, they didn't really help with the mosquitoes. But we have stayed in 5 or 6 different homes on Folly, and this may be our favorite so far!

My husband and I are from Michigan and had rented this gorgeous home before it became available for purchase and we didn't want to miss out on the opportunity! It was totally rebuilt in 2007 and beautifully remodeled in 2014. We want whomever visits and stays at our home to be comfortable and pleased with all that this get-away has to offer!! We welcome you and hope to get to know you. Even though we cannot always be there, we have a manager who is available, if needed.

This home is very unique with its quaint and tasteful decorating, large, airy porch with plenty of seating, including four rocking chairs and mosquito curtains; upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful pine floors and features 2 garage doors that open from the dining room and living room to the porch that gives an open feeling to enjoy the gentle breezes of the ocean air! The lower level patio houses an outdoor shower and gas grill. There are 4 private parking spaces and optional street parking.

This exquisite home is private yet a close 3 minute walk to the beach and public access directly across the street. There is a lifeguard on duty in June, July and August. It is most noted for its spacious front porch with two glass garage doors. This unique feature brings the outside in – the open living/dining/kitchen areas flow seamlessly onto the porch where the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean are an invitation to relax and enjoy time at the beach with family. Folly’s restaurant and shops are within walking distance and you can also explore the beautiful, historic downtown Charleston, which is a short 8 mile drive.
This well-appointed house offers accommodation for eight guests with two en-suite queen bedrooms with Travertine walk-in showers, a third full bath with shower/tub, a smaller bunk bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room.
The fully-equipped kitchen has JennAir and KitchenAid stainless appliances, silestone countertops, and Murano glass lighting.
Antique heart-pine floors, 10 ft ceilings with vaulted 15ft ceiling in dining/kitchen area, and the wall of glass garage doors make the house cool, bright, and airy.
Electronics include a 52' HDTV in the main living room. There is Broadband wireless internet and a 32” SMART TV in both en suite bedrooms.
The private garden deck has a gas grill, a fully private hot/cold outdoor shower and convenient parking for 4 vehicles.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided, as well as a beach wagon, beach toys for your convenience.
