It was amazing. The AC went out upstairs. They were quick to get us window units. I do think they need window treatments on the door that goes to the upper deck and the window in the stairwell. We put dark paper on the glass door and it helped out so much.

This property was everything our group had hoped for and more. 5 bedrooms each with it's own bath. Very clean with all newer appliances. The elevator was an extra special addition. The outdoor space with heated pool, TV and grill was special. Overall a 5 star property

Long Weekend in AMI

Great house. Great location. Area just bouncing back from 2 back to back hurricanes and the house and surrounding towns were great. Property manager was awesome in helping with anything we needed. Looking forward to booking again next year if available!

AMAZING!!

Excellent property, excellent location, excellent everything! Our family of 9 stayed here and love the kayaks, the pool and hot tub, and being able to walk everywhere! There are bikes if you want to explore more. Would 100% rent again. We miss being there already!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to larger groups. We were three families (6 adults and 6 children), and the layout was fantastic. We never felt crowded, whether we were gathered in the spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas or spread out enjoying the outdoor spaces. The pool and outdoor bar were definite highlights and got a ton of use during our stay.The beds were comfortable, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby beach. The home was well suited for making memories together while still giving everyone enough space to relax.The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars was an air conditioning issue and a shortage of towels. To the hosts' credit, they were extremely responsive. They quickly provided a portable A/C unit for the affected bedrooms and were genuinely apologetic throughout. As Coloradans who aren't very accustomed to Florida heat and humidity, it made that rooms a bit uncomfortable for us, but we appreciated how quickly they worked to improve the situation.They also generously offered us a late checkout and an additional night to make up for the inconvenience. Because we had flown in, we weren't able to take advantage of either offer, but we truly appreciated the gesture and felt they handled the situation professionally.Overall, this is a beautiful, spacious home with attentive hosts, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a large family or group vacation.

Great family vacation!

We could not have asked for a better spot for our family of adult kids (9) and new grandson for a week on Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect in location to walk to beach, food and outings. The pool area was the hit each day with a large shaded area to get out of the sun for a bit. It was a bonus to have bikes & kayaks to use with the house. Spaces were large enough for the entire group to each or lounge while playing card games and having fun. We would rent it again!

Great house and a great location. Clean and nice. One complaint was that some mattresses were worn out. My wife and I rolled into each other every night.

It was a great property. Everyone enjoyed it. The only concerns we encountered were a missing door handle on a slider. Little kids had difficulty opening door. Also the alarm system to the pool wasn’t working properly. Otherwise the house was amazing.

Checked in to discover the property had not been cleaned. What a mess! The company was contacted and sent a group over to make it right After that, the place was wonderful!

Great property

Fourth trip to AMI. This is a great house and a great location. The house is excellent - four adult bedrooms + kids bunk rooms. Mattresses all seem a bit worse for the wear, but otherwise the place feels new. Pool is excellent, but I think looked larger in the pictures. Kitchen is well stocked with the necessities. Of our four trips to AMI, this house was as good as we’ve gotten. Special shout out to the hosts who managed to find us a new grill on Memorial Day when the existing house grill turned out to be rusted through and unusable.

The most worn out mattresses you can ever imagine laying on. Completely unacceptable sleeping conditions. Inaccurate inventory and amenities. 4 bikes none of which are usable No cooler as stated Kitchen garbage bins were never cleaned from previous rental.

Amazing home! So much do to! So close!

We were blown away with this home and how beautiful it was! It had everything you could ever ask for and the beds were so comfortable! There was a problem with the AC the first night and they took care of it very quickly! They are very attentive and hospitable. It is close to the beach and shops!
