Beautiful spacious house with all the amenities! Very close to the beach and pool was fantastic. Having a full bathroom in every room was amazing! All the extras made our trip so amazing!

Perfect location. about 6 beach chairs and 10 beach towels.If you have 10 people and plan to cook good luck. Kitchen has an OK amount of items just not enough to cook daily for 10 people. Also the ice maker can not handle 10 people using ice in Florida. Minor complaints. I bought ice a 5 minute walk away and we just went out to eat.Super easy checkout. i suggest asking rental what their checkout package is because this house you fill dishwasher and take out trash. done. Other places ask you to do too much.

Perfect vacation house! Loved the heated pool and hot tub… excellent for children and everything seemed very new and clean. Was also so nice that the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking down to the beach or pier.

The house is beautiful! Each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom is a game changer. The only downfall is we wish there was more seating in the outdoor area. That’s where we all wanted to hang out, but seating is limited. A sectional out there would be great!

Stayed with the family. Grand kids loved the pool. The house is bright, clean and everything worked. Appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. Family already planning the next stay.

The property had great location and having bathrooms in every bedroom was perfect. The quality of the home was also better than expected. We didn’t realize it had 2 flights of steep stairs - something that should be disclosed for guests with challenges going up/down. The hot water in the 5 bathrooms upstairs fluctuated greatly - from freezing to extremely hot- every time we took a shower. The ice maker was broken and the AC settings were locked at 74 degrees. It took the property management company 4 days to resolve the latter 2 issues. The water temp was never fixed.

The house itself was nice, but there’s a reason we always rent with private owners over rental companies. The companies just don’t care as much. My parents (65), my sister and brother in law (30s), my husband and myself (40s) and our five kids (6-14) had plenty of room and we were in great walking distance to everything. However, we received an email two days before our stay letting us know the dishwasher was out of order and they apologized for the inconvenience. Fine, we grabbed disposable stuff so we didn’t spend the entire week doing dishes for 11 people. The front door knocker and many of the towel hangers in the house are hanging on by literally one stripped screw, so a storm halfway through the week blew that off. The pool guy came on Thursday and told us to stay out for 15-30 minutes. My daughter was out for 45 and I stayed out for 2 hours. We lost 150 worth of swimsuits. The biggest issue is the water heater. It’s not even that it isn’t big enough for the house. It’s that even if no one has taken a shower before you, you get two minutes of the right temp water (I finally timed it with my smart watch) before it starts vacillating between freezing and scalding. I ended up having to help my daughter (8) shower all week just so she wasn’t in tears under ice cold water. I emailed the property manager about it after 24 hours. They promised someone would be out the same day. No one showed. I emailed again asking for an update and got no response. We were disappointed.

This was an amazing trip! My family loved every moment of our vacation here. Such a short walk to the beach. We had some trouble with the shower temperatures and getting them to work correctly but other than that it was just amazing! We plan to book again for next year.
