Excelente place to stay with family and friends. The only problem there is a lot of stairs up and down to the apartment, also a long way to walk to the beach. But other than this we loved it !

We had a great vacation Amelia vacation at this ShipWatch condo. We’ve been coming here at least once a year for almost 20 years and this had been one of our favorite condo’s to date! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds, great tv’s and even offers a fun cabinet of games. We loved our welcome gift and box of cleaning supplies from Destination Amelia. We could watch the sunrise from our balcony; September is a wonderful time to visit this special place!

Beautiful property! We loved waking up to the ocean each day. The space fit us perfectly. The area was very nice, quiet and easy to get to everything. We would stay again!

The unit is a little lower on the building which was great for access but left little breeze on the balcony and a largely obstructed view of the ocean.But we had a great stay. All of the bedrooms were on the lower floor which was so convenient, and the living space upstairs was very roomy. We loved our trip and would definitely come back!

We had an incredible stay! The pool was very nice and pretty warm considering it is early March. The room was very well stocked and beautiful. We had a pretty good beach view from our balcony and even got to see a tortoise several days munching on grass on our way back to the room from the beach.

The villa was beautiful and had plenty of space. Loved the whole setup and the beach was perfect. While it would have been great to be a little higher, you still had a good view of the ocean and you could hear the waves crashing on the beach!

Great family time at Amelia

Loved the condo for our recent family getaway. Close to the beach and a great layout for all 3 families to be very comfortable and enjoy quality time together. Amelia island never disappoints!

Excellent visit!

We loved our stay at Amelia island! It was our first visit to the island. The beach was beautiful and the pool was perfect too. The property was great for our 2 families and accommodated our toddlers very well.

Perfect condo. Well equipped! Even had beach chairs, crockpot & cookie sheets! And beach towels!!! Great washer& dryer too. Easy access to pool & beach. First floor was wonderful & views were perfect. The 3 sided lanai was amazing as total privacy & sun & wind protection. Great layout for our family!

Great spot —loved being so close to the pool and beach, and seeing all the turtles. We enjoyed that our large family could be together. Bring a large wheeled bag for groceries and other items.

Annual Beach Trip

For the last several years myself, sister n law and best friend have taken our kids on a mommy and me beach trip. Finding a space that allows us to stay together and have easy access to the beach and pool is so important and this location did it all!! The condo was clean and provided so much to make our stay unforgettable.

Amazing Amelia!

Efficient use of space with plenty of beds. Living area upstairs with all amenities. Great view !

Our group had a great experience with the location of the complex. Plenty to do even if the weather doesn't work out for the beach. Condo was well designed and makes good use of the space. All amenities including a great view.

Great Vacation

We were a group of 7 that have visited Amelia Island for over 20 years. This year three young men joined our group making it "The 10 of Us". Everyone had a great time and loved the condo plus the location.

Beautiful property

The property was excellent. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to beach and pool. The property management team , Destination Amelia, was attentive, communicative, and very customer service oriented. Their systems, processes, and overall communication were 5 stars.
