All good. We enjoyed our stay. If you have trouble with going up and down stairs (we didn't) then note that the upstairs requires going up and down stairs.Some issues with the upstairs microwave but they brought us another one. Amy was good to communicate with during our stay.Thanks!!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Rooms were clean, plenty of space for larger families and we enjoyed the private pool so much. Games for families in the upper unit even with a vinyl record player and records. The kids had a blast. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here. Amy was an amazing host. Great decor, super clean, great pool, easy beach access, and very comfortable furniture. Would definitely return next time in Fernandina Beach.

This property has everything a family could ask for! The proximity to the beach is unbeatable! And a heated pool in the backyard. The units are clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

This place was perfect for a two day vacation with the family. The place had everything you needed, from beach chairs, towels and game accessories. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place!

Amy is an amazing host with such a nice property. My family has stayed here 2 years in a row. It is a nice, clean and cozy place to stay! And its directly across from the beach!

Milestone birthday celebration

Having the two separate living areas worked very well for our family. The direct beach access was awesome. Owner was a pleasure to work with and we hope to return next summer.

Best reunion stay! We loved the property, all 7of us. The house was clean and well stocked, pool was a great gathering place, with chase lounges. Also, beach chairs provided to sit by ocean. The upstairs rental was perfect for our big meals and sitting on the porch watching the waves. Would definitely book again.

Great spring break

We had a wonderful stay! The host was super responsive to any questions we asked. The pool was great to hang out by and catch up. You couldn't ask for a better location! Super easy to access the beach and convenient to historic downtown Fernandina!

Great location to car watch during car show week. Close to town and all the car shows / auctions. Nice place with plenty of parking and a nice patio to entertain on.

Weekend retreat

Great location. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and worked very hard to make our weekend a great experience. Upgrades to the property are being made as we speak to make our next stay even more enjoyable. Owner very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

Had a great stay! House was close to beach, state park & the town. House was clean and was as described. Loved the ping pong table & we used the bbq a couple of times Thank You!!
