Benvenuti a Greystone Castle, un castello di lusso completato nel 2018 con tutti i comfort che cercate; solo 1 ora da Seattle o dal confine canadese. Situato in un quartiere privato recintato, il Graystone Castle si trova su oltre 5 ettari di prato, con vista sul fiume Stillaguamish e sulla Valle di Stilly. Il castello di oltre 20.000 metri quadrati dispone di 7 camere da letto, 10 bagni, cinema, bagno principale ispirato alla spa, sala da ballo, cucina per chef, sala da biliardo, sala da poker, 4+ sale da pranzo, 4+ soggiorno / lounging rooms, molte terrazze e all'aperto spazi, scacchi a grandezza naturale, giochi arcade, pozzo del fuoco all'aperto e MOLTO ALTRO! Il nostro castello offre la perfetta combinazione di luoghi di raccolta e spazi privati per gruppi!

Cucina dello chef: oltre agli spazi da pranzo adiacenti e alla dispensa del maggiordomo; la cucina è dotata di forno Viking, 2 lavastoviglie Viking, frigorifero / congelatore incorporato, lavello da cucina con lavello x-large, lavabo aggiuntivo nella grande isola, abbondanza di ripiani in granito e vari in scaffalature e spazi di conservazione del cibo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, piatti e oggetti per 24 ospiti. Abbinalo a questo gioiello con il suo layout luminoso e aperto e la vista sulla Stilly Valley da ogni finestra.

Sala da pranzo: La nostra sala da pranzo formale può ospitare 14 tra 2 lunghi tavoli. La stanza del salotto immediatamente accanto ospita altri 6. L'angolo pranzo dai sedili della cucina 7. Il set da pranzo della terrazza esterna posteriore può ospitare comodamente fino a 24 (stagionale). La nostra sala da ballo può ospitare fino a 80 (tavoli e sedie forniti).

Soggiorni: 4 soggiorni dotati di comodi divani, caminetti e TV via cavo.

Outdoor Living (stagionale): grande terrazza sul retro del castello con un tavolo da pranzo in stile familiare con posti a sedere per un massimo di 24 persone, così come diverse altre terrazze in tutto il castello.

Posizione: meno di 5 minuti da I-5 e Angel of the Winds Casino. Solo 1 ora a nord di Seattle, o 1 ora a sud del confine canadese. Viste spettacolari sulla valle di Stilly e sul fiume Stillaguamish! Sala da ballo - La nostra sala da ballo a 3 livelli dispone di un bar personalizzato incorporato con 2 frigoriferi da vino e 2 lavandini, due terrazze private accessibili tramite doppie porte abbellite da vetrate ad arco e un bagno privato in muratura. Scacchi a grandezza naturale - Il gioco degli scacchi a grandezza naturale è ambientato vicino al soggiorno al piano di sotto.
Giochi arcade - Flipper, Shooting, PacMan, Space Invaders, Asteroids e MOLTI PIÙ giochi arcade da giocare in tutto il castello. Una sala giochi è allestita nel soggiorno al piano di sotto (e sono forniti una manciata di giochi).

Great escape from the daily grind

I took my teens and some of their friends for 3 nights and we had an amazing time. There were so many activities to do and rooms to explore. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed for feeding all the hungry teens. The movie theater was luxurious. It was overall amazing and we will probably go again.

Amazing Spot!

This was our second time staying here; the fact that we wanted to come back should be evidence enough. We have a large group of 25 people and this home was large enough to accommodate all of us. It's well stocked, checking in is easy, and it's as lovely as you hope. Don't miss out! We're already talking about when we want to come back for our third time.

Family Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great experience. While certain features are a bit dated, the size of the castle more than makes up for it. The entire estate is beautiful and the interior of the "home" is beyond impressive. Our grandkids had so much fun running around, exploring, and playing with one another. We used the movie theater for a family talent show and watch a sporting event in comfort and class. The master bedroom and bathroom is beyond ridiculous. The upstairs bathrooms are perfect and there are ample bedrooms. The downstairs/basement accommodations are best suited for kids or teens as there is only one bathroom for everyone to share. While overall the number of bathrooms to bedrooms is impressive, the basement is a bit challenging. Knowing that in advance could be helpful in assigning rooms. The lights are a bit confusing so make sure you take time to read the instructions carefully and reach out to the host if you have problems. They are very responsive. In general, there is no way to overstate the breadth of the experience. We have stayed in dozens of large rental properties in the region and other parts of the country. This castle experience is unparalleled and you can expect to make great memories. It is expensive but definitely makes a lasting impression. We plan to rent this one again in the future!!

UNBELIEVABLE

This castle venue experience is so surreal! 15 of my closest friends joined me to usher in my 50th birthday and it was the most perfect weekend ever. From a slumber party to bocce to Minute to Win It in the ballroom to karaoke to movies, arcade games and pool to campfires and Cards Against Humanity to Turkey dinner for Canadian Thanksgiving..... this was a weekend I’ll never forget. Emily is an amazing host, sooo communicative and friendly, and accommodating. The castle was spotlessly clean. My incredible master suite was unbelievable, and the shower and steam room were amazing. The memory foam mattresses had everyone sleeping like logs - so comfortable!! We had the resident deer in the yard grazing every day, even while we played bocce a few feet away. A gray owl swooped down Sunday night under a full moon. And we even had a bobcat walk across the back of the lot on Sunday morning!!!!! Loved loved loved this place.

Beware of renting in warm months! Multiple power outages.

While this property did serve the purpose of hosting a very large group of friends, there was a glaring issue with the power. The property lost power twice during our weekend stay: Once during a storm, and again the next day. Without air conditioning in the estate, temperatures inside the house quickly swelled into the mid to high 90s, even with open windows. The estate alarm re-armed itself seemingly at random, even after getting instructions from the property manager to disable it. When there was power, there was nowhere near enough fans in the house to circulate the air in the estate during the day. The house became rather hot and musty during the afternoon. Multiple in my party were quick to point out the Ross stickers on the bottom of decorations, or the lack of more specific accommodations. (Half the arcade/pinball machines were display only, no chalk for cues in the billiards room, no ventilation in the movie theater room which made cooling the room difficult, etc.) Outdoor stone trim and balconies looked like they hadn't been power-washed in years. Grass was overtaking part of the gravel in the parking area, entrance, and potholes were forming in the driveway. Between VRBO's fees and insurance, this rental totaled over 3k a night. For that price point, what we got was disappointing. The only reason I do not rate lower is that the property manger kept me well informed throughout the weekend, and accommodated an earlier check-in time.

A mystery mansion, an adventure, some limitations

We booked a 5-day stay here for a multi-family "Dungeons and Dragons in a Castle" event. The castle itself is ornate and large. High ceilings, wood paneling, rock and hardwood floors. This whole place has echoes of the Winchester Mystery House. It is a fun location for a big event. With 6 families, we initially laughed at the various sitting rooms and gaming rooms, but by the end of the weekend, most of them had seen some use. That stated, the place also had several challenges. It has no internet and limited access by mobile hotspot. This isn't advertised on the VRBO listing and it wasn't noted in their multi-page visitor checklist. We had to adjust major planned events as a result of this. The place has serious accessibility issues. There are 5 or 6 different beds designed for kids, but not a single bathroom had even a step stool for kids to wash their hands. There are short stairs everywhere. Impossible for wheelchair users, but people with cans won't like this either. There's no air conditioning, but there's also no ventilation in general. Temperature control was very difficult. You could open a window, but many of them didn't have working screens, which meant bugs. Lastly, some stuff didn't work. The kitchen microwave was broken, the butler pantry microwave couldn't cook popcorn. Bluray player had no remote, couldn't play HD blurays. Playstation controllers mostly broken. Kitchen had no broom. Common rooms had no blinds. Premium price, not a premium experience.

As great as advertised

Perfect location for reunion of college friends and their families with ages ranging from infant to mid-40s. Even though it rained most of the weekend everyone stayed entertained with the movie theater, arcade, pool room, ball room, and many nooks and corners for conversations, reading or games. The castle was immaculately clean and check-in and logistics were professionally managed.

This Castle was absolutely amazing!! The castle had so much to offer that I knew this is where I wanted to spend my 40th Birthday! We had 18 family and friends stay with us (adults only) :) and we had themed nights. We had an Oscar party murder mystery night, toga night and a poker night! A weekend we will all never forget!!! Perfect getaway for larger groups

Can't say enough nice things about Graystone Castle! So much space, amenities, and privacy (both inside and outside) on this property. There's tons of little touches that make you feel welcome, and yet it feels complete enough inside with the various rooms and setups made to keep everyone entertained. The theater was a big hit with our group, as was the arcade room with the incredibly packed arcade cab full of almost any game you could think of. Emily was also beyond pleasant to communicate with. She answered any question I threw at her, and was quick to respond whenever something came up. Couldn't have asked for a better host. Our group was asking when we were coming back again, so we may need to book the castle again for next year!

We loved this place for our family and friends for our daughter’s wedding!! It felt like home!!

This is a very spacious space for group get togethers. Our daughters wedding was perfect!! We had internet issues but solved them by the next day. I would recommend reading the guest handbook as it tells you how to control the lights through the house. We had an issue with the lights going on in the honeymoon suite on the main floor and they couldn’t figure out how to turn them off lol. But those were just few things we will remember. This is a lovely place and we would gladly rent it again!! Gentry & VanTuyl families

Excellent surroundings for a family celebration!

A winter wonderland greeted us and provided a fabulous surrounding for a family getaway! The host was responsive to all needs. We would definitely book this venue in the future!

Amazing Castle

This was an amazing property. The castle had everything we needed. It was a place where we could be with our family and enjoy each other, play and party for the holidays. We loved every minute of it.

Great way to spend wedding weekend!

The castle was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. Every room was top notch, the speciality rooms were so fun to be in, and the multiple sitting rooms provided a great way to spread out over the nights we were there. Bring a big group and prepare to live like royalty!

Perfect Family Birthday Castle

The Greystone Castle was a perfect place to host a 60th and 70th birthday party with my siblings and spouses. Our family of eight, some spouses, and a few nieces and nephews in the area gathered for an adventure of fun at the castle. With plenty of bedrooms and baths, we all felt we had space and privacy, yet the castle offered great gathering areas to catch up and make new memories. This is one weekend that will definitely go down in the memory books.
