Vieni e resta per un mese! Il nostro studio contemporaneo privato di nuova costruzione si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia con una piccola zona giorno, una sala da pranzo, una cucina e un comodo spazio per dormire.

Ha soffitti a volta con un'atmosfera aperta. Nel soggiorno ha un divano letto e posti a sedere intorno al televisore a schermo piatto da 42 pollici e camino a gas.

La cucina, con i suoi splendidi banconi in granito, è aperta sia alla sala da pranzo che al soggiorno. Ha mobili personalizzati ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

La camera da letto è arredata con un nuovissimo letto matrimoniale della California. Hai anche accesso alla vasca idromassaggio e alla terrazza sul tetto del proprietario con una buca per il fuoco a gas dove puoi rilassarti e guardare l'oceano e, a volte, vedere balene e delfini!

La proprietà è ben curata dal marciapiede alle linee di recinzione. Lo studio ha un accesso privato. C'è un piccolo tavolo da patio per godersi il sole del mattino e il proprio piccolo barbecue a gas.

La nostra casa è una casa vacanza con licenza di Morro Bay.

Questa è un'opportunità per scappare, ma sentirsi come a casa vicino alla sabbia e all'oceano!

Perfect location and wonderful guest house

Everything about this property worked perfectly for us. Cleanliness is so important to me, and this place was so clean that it made me feel right at home. The location was perfect. We enjoyed time on the beach that was super close. We loved the town of Morro Bay. Such a quiet, peaceful town. Bed was comfy, we had plenty of towels, and everything else we could possibly need. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for hosting us!!

We had a wonderful stay at this spotlessly clean property. The space is well appointed with many thoughtful additions. Appreciated the fireplace on some chilly nights. The host is lovely, kind and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful studio, uncomfortable bed

This studio apartment is beautiful, well designed, well appointed, with tasteful top of the line finishes, soft towels, and has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Except a comfortable bed. The king size is great, but the mattress itself is too firm, sags deeply on each side, and the bed creaks loudly when you move. Having clearly made such a large investment in the construction of this place, and done a superb job, why would they not invest in a high quality comfortable mattress? A true Head scratcher. The other issue with this place is that you have to walk through the yard of the main house, where other guests stay. Very awkward. It would be great if the owners could figure out a way to make the entrance private. Owners are responsive and fixed the WiFi quickly when we had an issue. Despite the bed and awkward entrance we had a nice stay and give four stars.

Great place and location!

Super well designed and the layout is spacious and relaxing. I loved the hot tub and the view from the roof deck! Great location, quiet but convenient to all. Host was very lovely and hospitable, generous with paper products etc. Hope to return!

Cannot say enough great things!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way up to San Francisco and we could not have picked a better spot. As soon as you arrive you know this host is a pro. She thought of everything we could need and more. We loved this property so much, it was a great location, beautiful guest house and handy amenities. Being able to use the bikes and hot tub were so appreciated. We were so comfortable here and wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely be back if we get the chance! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Perfect Spot for Two

This spot is great for couples with a cozy bed, fire place, large shower and well stocked kitchen. It was perfectly maintained, private and had everything we needed. Check in/out was very simple and stress free. With easy access from the main highway and close proximity to many surrounding areas the studio is ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

Property was just as described. Appreciated the many little touches to make our stay more comfortable, including some basic food items like butter and condiments. Cookware was just what we heeded too. My only suggestion would be to provide the manual or basic instructions on using the washer and dryer. We figured it out with the help of the internet, and they worked just fine. Bed was comfortable and the off street parking spot was great! Also really loved being able to walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Charming Bungalow by the Sea

Modern, cozy studio steps from the ocean. Such a beautiful place. Studio was well appointed and comfy with a fireplace and hot tub. It was in a great location, near the ocean, close to The Rock and for getting around, in general. We enjoyed hiking, biking, sightseeing and watching the cute Sea Otters in the bay, Elephant Seals on the beach, Cambria and wine tours in Paso Roble. Marlene was a wonderful host. There was a bottle of wine and gourmet coffee waiting for us upon our arrival. She let us use her bikes and was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing we would do differently is stayed longer! We look forward to going back, again.

Awesome Stay

The hosts are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The unit is modern, well equipped and in a great location (one block from the beach). The photos don’t do it justice. We have stayed in over a dozen VRBO/AirB&B properties and this one was by far the best. 5 stars all the way.

Great stay!

Perfect stay for a small family. The studio and yard are decorated beautifully and the balcony over the garage gives you the best view of the beach. Will definitely plan to visit again :).

Beautiful beach getaway

Beautiful property. Very quiet neighborhood. The place is very clean and even though attached to the main house provides a lot of privacy. The view from the roof top deck are amazing. Host is very kind and available if needed. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Host: William Regan

Marlene and I are both retired and have three boys with two living overseas. The third lives in Seattle, Washington. We really enjoy traveling to visit them. We like to meet your guests to make sure they are comfortable in our home before we leave Morro Bay.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Morro Bay is a great place for many outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, kayaking and surfing. Our beach is perfect for walking or running too! Afterwards take a short drive to town for a drink or dinner at one of the many restaurants along the water. One of our favorites if it is a nice sunny afternoon is Dockside on the embarcadero for barbecued oysters!
