Loved this place. The place was just as described. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Great communication from the day of booking to the day we left. Will definitely be back.

We’ve put a tremendous amount of effort into this unit over the years, so it means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the incredible views and the quality of the space. This condo is our personal unit, and we’ve renovated it extensively — widened doors, added a roll‑in shower, removed all steps, installed tankless hot water, raised ceilings, added a full pantry, installed tongue‑and‑groove throughout, and even added noise‑abatement material in the bedroom ceilings. While it’s not fully ADA‑equipped due to missing wall braces, it’s very close to full accessibility. We take a lot of pride in creating a comfortable, high‑quality mountain retreat, and your comments about the rooms and communication truly mean a lot. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing such a thoughtful review.

Here’s a tighter version that stays under 1,500 characters while keeping the important details and giving Patty her flowers:The unit was aesthetically pleasing, and the back bedroom was very comfortable. There were a few minor cleanliness oversights, including crumbs on the toaster, a dirty oven/stovetop, and some spider webs, but nothing that interrupted our stay.We booked only one day before arrival. During our stay, there was a power outage. The owner later stated that we had been notified beforehand and offered the option to cancel, but we never received or saw that notification. I also spoke with the owner that evening, and it was never mentioned. Our issue was never that the owner caused the outage, but the communication surrounding it.There were also maintenance/security concerns: the maintenance number did not work, the room phone was unusable, the back door could not be locked, and the front bedroom windows did not latch properly.A special thank you to Patty, who was absolutely the nicest person! She was helpful during our stay and even met me afterward to personally return items I accidentally left behind the bathroom door. Her kindness was genuinely appreciated.Unfortunately, communication with the owner became confrontational when we raised concerns, and some comments came across as racially insensitive and left us feeling unwelcome. The 10 AM checkout also felt very early for a resort vacation.This was our very first experience with VRBO,

Weekend getaway

Property had a good location to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Seirville. Condo was clean and would be comfortable for a small family.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was really nice. The view from the patio was fantastic. Would recommend! And most likely will be back !

Peaceful Location

It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation with my kids. Rooms had King size beds and very spacious. Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Definitely will be staying here again.

awesome place

Great place and awesome views. Close enough to Gatlinburg and far enough away at same time. Great weekend at pool and sights. Definitely would come again in all seasons.
