Questa è la nostra proprietà personale e speriamo che ti piacerà tanto quanto noi. Lo abbiamo reso "Mountain Lodge Style" con un'atmosfera calda e rustica. Include camino in pietra, pannelli e porte in pino intrecciato, nuovi pavimenti, nuovi sanitari e ripiani della cucina. Master ha un letto king size, 2a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, cucina completamente attrezzata, WIFI gratuito, TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici (via cavo) in soggiorno con lettore Blu-ray DVD, camino elettrico, lavanderia (a gettoni) proprio di fronte dalla nostra porta, piscina riscaldata (stagionale), 2 vasche idromassaggio, sauna, sala giochi, 2 griglie a gas e 2 griglie a carbone e aree picnic disponibili, un sacco di spazio verde intorno agli edifici, ingresso senza chiave e parcheggio gratuito. Siamo a 5-30 minuti dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni, ma abbastanza lontani da godersi la pace e la tranquillità delle montagne.

Se vieni dall'autostrada all'uscita 407, Bass Pro Shop è proprio lì, a pochi chilometri da Hwy. 66 (Winfield Dunn Parkway) troverai Smoky Mountain Knife Works.

questo complesso di appartamenti vanta una posizione strategica a Gatlinburg, in Chalet Village, un'area con parchi a tema nelle vicinanze e in riva al fiume. A livello naturalistico, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Parco Nazionale delle Great Smoky Mountains e Campo da Baseball The Ripken Experience - Pigeon Forge. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Ober Mountain e Gatlinburg SkyPark. Non rinunciare a visitare Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies e Parco a Tema Anakeesta. A real mountain top experience even though you are in a condo complex. The unit is definitely cabin interior PLUS we saw bears EVERY day, including a mama and her 3 cubs! Thank you Mark, great place.

It was a nice place to meet up with old friends! It had lovely decor. Because of some with allergies, it would have been nice to have some tissues. Also K- cups available for the Kurg. Our group enjoys playing games. A table with four chairs would have been a plus.

The room was very clean and well kept. It had everything that we needed for our stay. It had a very cozy vibe that made you feel right at home. We seen several bears at the property and were amazing to watch....from the balcony at a safe distance of course. The road was as stated. We are from mountain country and use to it. But this road was no joke. We passed hundreds of cars during our stay, so its absolutely possible...no 4WD required. Just be careful, take your time, and enjoy the view. The pool and hot tub were very close and was never crowded. Communication with the host was great. They responded with any questions promptly. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Wonderful vacation spot

Our family had a great time! The Oliver Lodge is a beautiful space—short drive to Gatlinburg but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. It had everything we were looking for!

We are Mark and Joni Oliver and we live in Knoxville about an hour and 15 min. from Gatlinburg. We both love the mountains and spend weekends there as often as we can.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose High Chalet for it's magnificent views year round. From our balcony and windows, the mountain views including Mt. LeConte, one of the highest points in the Smoky's, are outstanding. In the winter Ober Gatlinburg skiing can be viewed night or day. Across the parking lot Sevierville is below you and the view on a clear day is for miles. Even the fireworks at Dollywood when they close each evening can be seen. Our local wildlife, bears, deer, turkeys, etc. stroll through the parking lots and green areas frequently.

Everyone here, owners and visitors are always so friendly!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

High Chalet Condos, at the end of Ski View Drive is one of the highest points you can stay without camping. It is approximately 3300 feet above sea level. The drive from the condo to Gatlinburg is always scenic anytime of year. We feel almost anyone can find something to do within 30 minutes of the condo be it hiking, skiing, sightseeing, golf, rafting, shopping, or just relaxing at the pool.
